18 year old Mississippi teen among victims of New Orleans car ramming attack.
Nikyra Cheyenne Dedeaux, 18, had just graduated high school and had gone to celebrate the New Year on Bourbon Street with her cousin.
Dedeaux was pursuing a nursing program at nursing program at Blue Cliff College and was described as a “a little ball of sunshine.”
She suffered fatal injuries after running out in the street in the path of the barreling vehicle in a panic once gunshots rang out.
