"The common narrative is that kids learn faster than adults, but if you watch any toddler they spend a large portion of the day attempting things that are on the edge of their ability. How much time have you spent on the edge of your ability today?" -@JamesClear

@EurosportSE @vacchi @Ontsnapping Jag tycker Tadejs tränare Inigo Milan borde nämnas...vilket ni kanske har. Men han har en stor del i Tadejs framgångar och han lär ut bra träning till alla.

Third rapa-week: Time to ease up my rapamycin dose to 3mg/weekly. One month ago I got some kind of painful chronic periosteal inflammation in my forearm. This week it's gone. Has rapamycin, placebo or something else healed it? Don't know. In the moment I'm just glad it's gone 🙏

A long life - focus on eating a balanced and nutritious diet. Think lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats like avocado, nuts, and olive oil. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water and limit processed foods, sugar, and salt. #LiveLonger #HealthyEating #EatWell

One (more) reason to be a nasal breather most of the time: dental health, fewer respiratory infections, improved output during exercise. OK, that’s 3 reasons but only scratching the surface here… all the science in upcoming HLPodcast on #breathing.

Eased up my dose to 2mg/weekly. Why do I ease up? I like to compare it with exercise. If you never exercised before and want to run a marathon then it's not good to start with it. It's better to ease up the exercise volume to avoid injuries etc. I use same approach for rapamycin.
