Stripe Managed Payments is now generally available. I wired Managed Payments into an Astro app using the @StripeDev Power in @kirodotdev: - read pricing tiers from the site - created products + recurring prices in Stripe with MCP - generated the checkout endpoint - tax-classifications No manual product setup in the Stripe Dashboard. (video was rec'd during public preview)

One thing I like about Kiro is that it lets you go requirements first or design first. I like this because it fits how I work. Sometimes I’m already deep into the design before I fully know the requirements. Other times it’s the opposite. I get to choose. 👇 That’s a big reason spec driven development feels more useful to me than vibe coding.

My favorite Roman. “The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way.” Feels just as true in software development as it probably did 2,000 years ago.

People keep saying MCP is dead, but I literally found it in the streets of Rome. 😆

Software Developers working in tech, be real. How much of your code is being written by AI in 2026? Can you explain how you are leveraging it? Is it more of you just using it in your IDE or do you have full on automations?

Does it work? They're probably A/B testing it, but here's how "who can reply" looks for me.

Working on migrating my course content from Podia into my own site. I'm stubbing out content and asked for a sample YouTube video to display and this is what I got. @cursor_ai RICKROLLED ME! 😅

Over engineered react patterns have poisoned how AI writes Svelte and other framework code. Like yo, it doesn't need to be that complicated.

My workflow using two different models in tandem to review staged changes using a spec as reference between the IDE and CLI Had fun creating this video with @kirodotdev ... > Design (Tron/futuristic inspired) > HTML, styling & animations > Have Puppeteer take captures of each individual frame > FFmpeg to stitch it all together as an mp4 > Create script to automate all of the above All with Kiro. Audio added after...

Played around with vinext earlier this week and came away thinking, yeah, frontend tooling is moving ridiculously fast right now. It’s still early, but seeing a Next-like API rebuilt on top of Vite was pretty neat, and the build speed was the first thing that jumped out at me 👇

I find it so neat that the Colosseum is still standing 2,000 years later, while most companies can’t go two years without rewriting their entire codebase. 😆
