Four Jacksonville teens arrested after attempted armed robbery; two shot by victim Two 16-year-olds and two 15-year-olds ambushed a man sitting in his vehicle, demanded he get out at gunpoint, then exchanged gunfire in a botched armed robbery. The victim stated that he complied and got out of the car, then shots rang out from both sides. The victim returned fire, striking two of the teens. Police arrived on scene as the suspects fled but were later tracked down by Robbery and Violent Crimes Unit detectives. Scarver remains hospitalized recovering from his wound. He has been absentee booked with no mugshot available yet. No word yet on the victim’s condition.
