@AmericanAir I didn’t realize the dents you caused moving our bag because we were forced to check at the gate was considered “normal”. Pretty sure we wouldn’t do this to our own things. What a joke you are. Clearly not the #1 airline

We filed a claim for the damage @AmericanAir caused to our bag. They stated it was “normal ware and tear” but “greatly appreciate our business”. What a great service you have going. You’d think they’d at least treat the family of a retired employee a little better than this.
