Dumb question: why are these other countries not striking back? Why are they only "blocking" strikes coming in and going about their day like its not a big deal to destroy the Regime responsible striking their country?

The fact the UAE got attacked more than any other country, including Israel, yet continues business as usual with very limited casualties or damage, and an operational airport, is a surprise I have to admit, I did not expect their air defenses to be this capable and ready

The U.S. has lowered the cost to response to Iran’s inexpensive drone strategy. About 10,000 Merops interceptor drones have reportedly been deployed to the Middle East. Each unit costs around $14,000, with prices expected to drop to roughly $3,000–$5,000 as production scales. Iran has been relying on relatively cheap drones to strain U.S. air defenses, often forcing expensive systems — such as $4 million Patriot interceptors — to shoot down drones that cost only about $20,000. Using interceptor drones priced in the low thousands to stop those threats dramatically changes the cost equation. The approach mirrors tactics first seen in Ukraine, where low-cost drone defenses proved effective after months of debate over adopting the strategy. Source: Bloomberg

At a rally in Kentucky on Wednesday night, President Donald Trump declared that the United States had prevailed in the conflict with Iran, though he did not present detailed evidence to support the claim. “Let me just say — we won,” Trump told the crowd. “You never want to say it too early, but we won. Honestly, it was over in the first hour. But we won.” During the speech, Trump also described how the name Operation Epic Fury was chosen. According to the president, officials presented him with a list of roughly 20 possible names, but none of them stood out. “They showed me about 20 names and I was practically falling asleep reading them,” he said. “Then I saw Epic Fury and I thought, ‘That’s the one. I like that name.’”

The point is this: both sides are striking infrastructure. In war, both sides almost always target infrastructure to weaken the other financially and operationally, hoping to reduce their ability to continue funding and sustaining the conflict. This has long been one of the most common military strategies. Some media outlets present it as if it’s something new, when in reality it has been a standard tactic in warfare for a long time.

BREAKING: Two Iranian jets flew just 80 feet above the Persian Gulf in an attempt to evade radar detection. They were reportedly only minutes away from reaching Al-Udeid Air Base when Qatari forces shot them down. Al-Udeid is the largest U.S. air base in the Middle East, hosting around 10,000 American personnel and serving as the central command hub for Operation Epic Fury. Iran had dispatched two Soviet-era Su-24 bombers, flying extremely low over the water as they headed directly toward the base. A Qatari F-15 intercepted the aircraft and destroyed both—marking Qatar’s first aerial combat engagement in its history. ✈️

🚨🇮🇷🇺🇸 Iran War Update: a massive wave of strikes on Iran is still reportedly coming and this whole operation could run four to five weeks or longer. The US Embassy in Riyadh got hit by two Iranian drones but it was empty at the time, so no injuries. Meanwhile over 700 Iranian civilians have already been killed since the fighting started, with more coming in every hour. Israel is pounding Hezbollah command centers in Beirut right now while Iran keeps launching missiles at US troops and partners across the region. And now the State Department is telling every American in the Middle East to get out immediately because things are only heating up from here. Source: CNN Video: @Osinttechnical

🇺🇸🇮🇷 The U.S. is reportedly gearing up for a “major uptick” in strikes over the next 24 hours aimed at hitting Iran hard. The plan is to zero in on Tehran’s missile production, drones and naval capabilities, even as key missile stocks like Tomahawks and SM-3s are being stretched thin. If true, this won't just be another round of retaliation, it will signal a serious escalation with major consequences. Source: @osintdefender

U.S. President Donald Trump said in an interview with The Atlantic that Iran’s new leadership has expressed interest in opening talks, adding that he has agreed to engage in discussions. Trump said negotiations should have happened sooner, stating, “They waited too long,” and noted that many Iranian officials previously involved in talks are no longer alive.
