Racism isn't 'prejudice' - it's a racial power construct that only White people benefit from and Black/Brown people persecuted by. Antisemitism, Islamophobia & Misogyny aren't racism - all are equally heinous, co-exist & intersect. These are NOT different forms of racism, these are distinct expressions of hate. Also the one drop rule may not manifest in the same way as the US, but it definitely often applies in the UK.

And a black woman is saying that the one drop doesn't makes you black. Particularly if you are not navigating the world perceived as a black woman.
