#Bihar's success in installing over 43 lakh #SmartPrepaidMeter is attracting attention from other states. A team of @KSEBLtd visited #Bihar to understand the progress of #SmartPrepaidMeter installations. They toured Naubatpur & Patna Gramin, and met urban consumers in Dakbungalow and Bankipore divisions. The visiting team of engineers from #Kerala met the SPM consumers and penned down their encouraging feedback. Thereafter the team discussed various aspects with a group of Discom engineers led by ESE PESU East Shri @manishkant501 accompanying them regarding implementation procedures, consumer engagement, tariff restructuring, installation protocols, communication network and IT integration. #BSPHCL
