Lots of ESM representation in races across the south east and Japan this weekend. 5 runners took on Sri Chinmoy 10k in Battersea Park on Saturday morning. 2 racers at the Essex 20 - both running PBs 1 runner at the Cambridge Half @Brucie_Baby completed the Tokyo marathon
