@neipate96 @dmtrubman people work late sometimes. also you have to remeber that midtown is not just office workers and 9-5 types. theres restaurants, tourist destinations, shopping, convenience stores, hotels, which are open late or 24/7. cant forget janitors construction and other maintenance ppl too

I'm sure most people are looking at Lower Manhattan and Midtown, but what caught my eye is the dense line of jobs along 125th Street in Harlem. Really helps make the case for extending the Q Line westward to Browdway. And maybe doubling down on the previous upzoning?
