if you want whiter teeth you should start chewing propolis it whitens them by - reducing stains - reducing plaque - reduced plaque buildup besides that its also incredibly beneficial for TONS of things - bone growth - SCFA production - wound healing - insulin sensitivity - oral microbiome - inhibit aromatase also works as a “chewing gum” since it can be quite hard
