I was at a steakhouse in Dallas, eating alone at the bar. Next to me was a young guy in a military uniform. He was eating a baked potato and a side salad. Nothing else. He kept eyeing the steaks coming out of the kitchen, then looking at his wallet. I flagged the bartender. "Put his tab on mine," I whispered. "And send him the ribeye. Tell him it's a mistake from the kitchen." The bartender grinned. "You got it." Ten minutes later, the huge steak landed in front of the kid. "I didn't order this," he said, panicked. "I can't pay for this." "Kitchen messed up," the bartender lied perfectly. "Manager said to eat it or we have to trash it." The kid ate like he hadn't seen food in a week. When he finished, he asked for the check. "Covered," the bartender pointed at me. The kid turned to me. "Sir, I..." "Thank you for your service," I said. "Get home safe." He stood up, shook my hand, and walked out taller than he walked in. If you have more than you need, build a long table, not a higher fence. 🫡🇺🇸

the biggest issue with modern men and especially in the health and fitness industry is that they’ve become so feminized that they are hardly men anymore what is cortisol? I don’t even know and I don’t care to know why would I? “oh nooo I can’t spike my cortisol” “oh nooo I can’t eat too much meat I have to constantly sip sugar water” “oh noo I have to wear special glasses to look at the screen or my eyes hurt” “oh noo I need 8 hours of sleep or my cortisol” “oh noo I can only train 3-4 times a week or I’ll overtrain” “oh noo I can only work 8 hours a day or I’ll get stressed” “oh noo boo hoo wah wah “cortisol cortisol cortisol” the more I hear about it the less I want to hear anything from these “men” feminized bitch made homosexuals nothing masculine left about them they are homosexual towel boys spending all their time painting their nails over how many likes they get on social media you think my ancestors knew what cortisol was? you think when my ancestors were freezing in the snow or crossing the atlantic ocean in fucking rowboats that they were concerned about their cortisol? to them there was only overcoming or death, and so they overcame the human body and mind is incredibly resilient and adaptive its greatest hidden power is perhaps this resilience and adaptability but the majority of modern man will never know or tap into it stress is not your enemy it is a crucible for becoming you will never know your own power if you don’t force yourself through it, through the pain, through the pressure, through the stress fight not flight but the majority of modern man is addicted to flight, running from cortisol, scared of his own potential power you will never know anything unless you try you’ll never know what your body is capable of if you don’t try training every single day for at least a month straight you’ll never know what your true work capacity is if you don’t try working for 14 hours a day the body and mind adapt to the will of the spirit the will hypertrophies the more you fight and overcome the will atrophies the more you flight and run from cortisol the choice is yours run from cortisol and turn into a bitch or fight and become a man

i’ve been on x for a little over a month & every single post that comes from this guy is the most passive aggressive feminine ratio i have ever seen health advice should come from a place of wanting people to succeed, not from insecurity about your own methodology being questioned, so gay. squats and deadlifts are great movements. no one’s disputing that. but the defensive energy in posts like this tells you everything you need to know about the person’s relationship with their own protocol. confident men don’t need to shame others into compliance , you sound so bitter it’s quite crude , we need to present value and let results speak ofc. also interesting how the tone shifted after switching from “natty for life” messaging to tirzepatide. almost like the aggressive posturing increased when the foundation became less solid yk. just an observation. no hate. everyone’s on their own path but what you say is within itself very ,, very gay. & if ur health philosophy requires shaming people into following it, maybe the philosophy isn’t as strong as u think it is

People keep saying "just cut sugar" without understanding what 350g per day is actually doing to the tissue of your face. When you eat that much sugar, your pancreas is releasing massive amounts of insulin all day long. That insulin signals your kidneys to reabsorb sodium. And sodium holds water. So your face is carrying this layer of subcutaneous fluid that blurs your jawline, puffs your cheeks, swells the tissue around your eyes.
