I grew facial bone after 30.
Animal based Vitamin A and K2 is what will build bones in your face together with bioavailable minerals and an abundance of natural hormones in the right balance.
The best thing you can do for natural hormones and overall health is mega dosing cholesterol and minerals like zinc for natural max balance in the right hormones.
And possibly even the most important one: Sunbathing as often as possible.

Raw milk is also great for hyper absorbable minerals and bioavailable vitamin A and K2.
Of course you would get the best physiognomy results before 25 since that is when your face changes the most.
Non the less I got stronger and wider cheek bones from focusing daily on my zero supplement lifestyle fueling myself with real food of the gods.
