@krowzTCG there were lots of games where you weren't going first on obe that sneaky was still good. I'm likely going to keep playing it for now, with targon's going second for both sneaky synergy and 2 drop t1 into conq + irelia on t2 with mana up to protect her

@krowzTCG Hey man, very niche interaction but FoF was my win condition against Ornns when he stacked it like 40 might on the battlefield. What's the win condition against Ornn without it? How to counter him, especially on the first round without Adaptatron from sideboard?

I’m extremely happy with this. A bit scared Irelia is going to be the best deck by far now though. I hope I’m wrong.

@eternxL I think irelia is our one bad matchup from the predicted meta sadly. Beating midrange draven, aurora, viktor, 50/50 kaisa (thanks not so fast!!)

@fargolafecne @krowzTCG Yeah it's only ever really good if you draw it turn 1/2 to kill Stella/Draven when tapped out. Yesterday it was also fine killing multiple 4 mights into Midrange Draven with double Eager discount. And it gets a little + for being an option to destroy Aurora. Not too happy with it

@eternxL @krowzTCG yeahh, Rocket is fine, maybe ill give it another go, tho I dont like that it can be defyied and also blocked with a discipline, feels bad unless they spend a not so fast on it

Forgot how much better the Viktor matchup is when you have 2 cost units. It helps so much.

@fargolafecne @krowzTCG My mind is currently on Trifarian Blind, I run Academy 2nd since we usually only try to retake it once per game or are fine with sitting in their Going 1st BF, and I'm still on Grove 1st so far - which is amazing into anything but Irelia in testing. Irelia literally ruins it all

@eternxL @krowzTCG I run Marai Spire(blind), Ravebloom Academy (going 1st, but not sure of I’m gonna stick to it, I really don’t like giving draw to my opponent…) and Trifarian (when I’m going second but you can also blind it)

@fargolafecne @krowzTCG I currently don't run any, since it only feels good with Sona on board and Sona usually isn't allowed to hold vs Irelia (unless we got Zhonyas). Which BFs would you recommend running? I'm a little torn on DT since it's so bad into Irelia and I'm currently on 0 En Garde and Stup

@fargolafecne @krowzTCG Barrage just happens to be universally pretty good to kill Stella, Draven and Kai'Sa in base - especially if discounted with EA. Holding Defy and just letting them win combat with their buffs is probably a good call, I will try to keep in mind. Progress Day can be great yeah.

@fargolafecne @krowzTCG 4 Yeah they usually get back tempo fast with boots 2x conq per turn + RTW 5 2x Zhonyas already in, who do we try to save? Sona? Because I don't usually get to hold even with 4 up 6 Already on only these 2 targeting spells 7 Agreed unless they leave her open to be killed

I try to snipe her in base with Blitz or Rocket Barrage atm, but if they have GA on her it's usually bad. 2 War Camp over Dreaming Tree I will test 3 I'm on 1 Janna atm, 2 felt too much in other matchups with 4 up from Sona

@AjalkaY @krowzTCG It's extremely costly to use Blitz on their units (Stella Draw, Irelia Deflect) and most of the times not an easy kill since Irelia buffs more. Without Sona it's especially bad. Even if it works they either have GA/Zhonya or just accelerate the next unit and kill your BF.

@eternxL @krowzTCG I'm sorry for butting in, I was just wondering as I haven't played Ahri into Irelia, what makes the match up so horrible for Ahri? Can't Blitz deal with the small amount of units Irelia has and just defend with Blue Ahri?

@krowzTCG I have not tested Green Ahri into Irelia yet, I'll give that a shot since I currently am at the stage where I'm praying to just into Miracle Draven instead 🥲 Thanks for your input, you the GOAT for my Irelia play!

@eternxL I tested quite a bit before Bologna vs Ahri and the matchup was definitely easy. Only thing I can think of is green Ahri into Time Warp maybe 😅

@MegaMogwai @playriftbound I've been struggling so badly with Irelia. I've been dominating Ezreals and all versions of Draven with my Ahri list - but Aurora seems hard and I have not figured out how to beat Irelia at all 🥲 Congrats on your Bye tho!

Won my Skirmisher today with AHRI! Still tweaking the deck, but my anti Irelia sideboard payed off today... matchup is still terrifying though! My competitive @playriftbound is on it's way!

@MaxTapera @kyronsdabest It's actually quite tough to get her into a not-fragile position. Unlike Irelia you miss out on the 2nd point if you have to save her with GA or Zhonyas

has anybody tried building Ahri as if it was an Irelia deck?
