The ETH merge is likely top 5 most complex technical, organizational, and incentive migrations in human history. It makes me very mad when people nitpick or attack the teams for minor timeline changes, especially when we're this close and folks are working so hard.

@VitalikButerin Would like to learn more about the fork choice rule. The history of different ideas. How and why they evolve to current design. (GOHST, IMD GHOST (RPJ), LMD GHOST, hybrid LMD GHOST) There are many blogs, discussions on (ethresear.ch), but hard to get a full picture.

What are some decisions or tradeoffs in Ethereum protocol design that you would want to see explained better?
