when your AI coach coaches you into sharing it with the world and with @Scobleizer let me know if you want to be torched by it 🤣 (there's also a gentler version) @KokoroBeing is your no-BS mirror into yourself. It's there to shine a light on your beliefs, blind spots, and emotions, and champion you while guiding you to living with more freedom, love and power

I love working on product, but I can see that the bottleneck now is getting views and getting sign-ups from those views just uploaded new App Store screenshots that do a better job of speaking to what Awaken is and what it does for you small steps that compound... couple of tips: - in App Store Connect, you can use Product Page Optimization in the left menu to test screenshots without resubmitting your app - recommend using your OpenClaw or Claude Code to help make the screenshots, which saves a ton of time. this is a skill you can use x.com/adamlyttleapps…

7/ with awaken.is i bottle all this up and way more, its modeled on a master coach with clients paying 6 figures, and it strengthens its understanding of you over time. if you've got a deeper sticky challenge that chatgpt hasnt helped, try talking to awaken

6/ That’s the fundamental move, from using AI to get answers, to using it to catch your pattern, surface the thing you’re avoiding, and turn that into real change. This is Better seeing which leads to better living

For the past 18 months I've been experimenting with how to make AI into a master coach. it's an incredible tool of self-discovery if used skilfully. I want to share some recommendations:

awaken.is - 160k lines of code, about half vibe coded myself with Claude code and codex, channeling all I know as a coach and partnering with a world class transformational coach - because while AI is a tsunami that will hijack and make many of us dopamine addicts, I want to create an equally powerful tsunami that makes us more conscious and more alive

My wife and kids flew off to Shanghai today and I didn't join them. I chose to stay in London to have ten days of heads-down work, focused on building Awaken I haven't been apart from my kids for more than a decade and it surprised me: the moment they disappeared around the corner of the departure gate, the emotion that hit, the tears, and now at home this intense feeling of loneliness and missing them and of the house being so quiet. I've always loved being by myself, just focusing and tinkering. It's really quite a surprise and also has me feel again deeply how precious family is and how incredible it is to have the privilege of having these little lives be in my care for this short time

10/ try the API - build your own monday drop. matt barely read the docs, he just pointed OpenClaw at them and the agent figured out the endpoints on its own. reply "MONDAY" and i'll send you the full setup. (must be following)

I make UGC with @openclaw for less than $5 each here's the system that pumps them out on demand: step 1: mine real language → openclaw scrapes Trustpilot, Reddit, Amazon reviews for your niche → pulls the exact words customers say step 2: build a creator → nano banana generates characters you reuse across videos → same person, same personality, 50 videos deep step 3: pick your format → yapper? podcast? hook and demo? wall of text? transformation? → each one has a shot by shot blueprint built in. agent picks the right one step 4: animate with @Kling_ai /Sora (rip) → feeds frame 1 into image-to-video → Sora for talking heads, Kling for b-roll and product shots → phone quality, not studio quality. that's the point step 5: nail the voice + captions → @elevenlabsio speech to speech + instant clone → real voice with room sound → ffmpeg overlays captions step 6: quality gate → gemini flash on @OpenRouter scores every clip. → only videos that pass the "real person" test make it out input: brand + product output: unlimited UGC video ads on demand $500 per UGC video → less than $5 I packaged the entire system as the ScrollClaw Kit. 6 @openclaw skills: - persona (customer research + creator profiles + script) - first-frame (nano banana → consistent AI creator face) - animate (sora/kling → talking head video) • b-roll (kling → product and environment shots) • assemble (elevenlabs voice + ffmpeg captions + post-production) • score (7-criteria AI virality gate) giving it away free. comment UGC + like + follow (must follow so i can DM)

I have an AI coaching app awaken.is - great results and good retention but low conversion from signup to activation - many signup but never send a message. At the moment it starts with sign up straight away and then there's an allowance of 15 minutes of calls before the pay wall, for them to experience the coaching. I'm changing it to share a message and then receiving a helpful reflection first before sign up, so users get value up front and have already sent something and “activated” I see you recommend a hard pay wall. Do you recommend that in this case? I thought you need to experience value first with coaching And When you say good onboarding, what's an example? Is it like one of those 30-step on boardings like Duolingo Thank you 🙏

King's Quest (1984) was my gateway drug into adventure games. I know some people criticize the old Sierra adventures for being too unforgiving - you could die in an instant or run into a dead-end situation if you missed an item or did something in the wrong order, forcing you to restart from the beginning. Personally, I never minded it. If anything, it made finally figuring things out and advancing to the next screen feel genuinely rewarding. The sense of accomplishment was real. From today's perspective, the text parser looks incredibly crude, but back then it felt like pure magic. It was the most "open world" experience I could imagine at the time, because you could actually "talk" to the game. That blew my mind. After King's Quest, I moved on to Space Quest, Leisure Suit Larry, and Police Quest, and kept playing Sierra games well into the early 90s. Eventually, LucasArts seemed to pull ahead with their style, and I found myself drawn more to their games. But for many, many years, Sierra was undisputed king. I'll never forget the first time I saw King's Quest on my friend’s PC (PC speaker sound and all, yikes). I didn’t want to leave. We played the absolute crap out of it, and figuring it out together was half the fun. No Google, no walkthroughs in magazines - just pure trial, error, and stubborn determination. And somehow, we did it. We even tried the most obscure things, seeing how far we could push (can you get up that tree, can you squueze through that path, what happens if you walk on that railing...?) just out of curiosity. What was your first contact with adventure games?

We’ve been watching movies about time recently and they’re all telling the same story.   The character has some version of control over time. They can fast-forward, rewind, redo.   And in every single one, the arc is: he uses the power to try to optimize. Get the best outcomes. Avoid the boring parts. Skip to the good stuff.   And in every single one, the realization arrives slowly after a lot of pain and chaos: there are no boring parts. There is no good stuff to skip to. The whole thing IS the good stuff. The only button that matters is play.   I think about this when I notice myself treating the present like a waiting room for the future.   Reminder: just hit play.
