I’ve always wanted them to take the lacrosse way of pulling the goalie where the goalie can go back in at any time on the fly, as long as the extra attacker comes off.

Not only was that whole “just you wait, the Star Wars sequels will get the same revisionism the prequels did!” line wrong, but the opposite seems to be happening. People like those movies even less now than they did a decade ago.

I actually 100% oppose the draft, salary cap, and rookie deals. I think Gavin McKenna should be able to go to all 32 teams and demand the highest price he can day 1.
But most people disagree with me. The people who support the draft's existence can't bitch about results they don't like.

Season 1 should end with Maul triumphant, Daki killed by the inquisitors, Devon as his apprentice goaded into getting revenge, everything looking up. Then later on in the series Vader defeats him/devon betrays him and he loses everything once again.

Maul: Shadow Lord Season 2 better not repeat that broken leg plotline again. After spending an entire season with it as an excuse to bitch Maul, we never need to see that again. If this show is supposed to show us prime Maul, then show us prime Maul.

@AvatarKyber Its the perfect representation of the attachments the Jedi warn against. Luke feels a sense of ownership over his friends. You can debate whether its true or not IRL, but in the movie Yoda is right, Luke nearly lost it all for the Rebellion there, if he died its all over.

I get the film treats Yoda as this wise and completely right character but this has always been interestingly eyebrow raising to me.
Sure it’s a utilitarian outlook to have but him being so accepring of the fact that Han and Leia are going to die is a good look at his flaws imo.

4- Maul’s fighting style is supposed to be unpredictable, fast, and agile, but that dosen’t work well with his electronic legs, which reduced his mobility, especially while he was still injured
5- Anakin created a hologram that replicated Maul’s fighting style, so he was prepared, knew how to fight him, and specifically targeted his injured legs.

My problem with Darth Vader's appearance in Maul: Shadow Lord, to be explicit, is that I think it's unnecessary wank. We've seen characters like Ahsoka and Cere give Vader a notable challenge, to have Maul outclassed to THAT degree lessens the character's ability too much.

Only 2 options make sense: they knew the whole plan from the start, or they had no ability to resist the order. The latter works better imo.

I’m not saying the previous one is bad by any means, but I do prefer the chips purely because it keeps the personal autonomy of the clones by also rips it away. It also makes Palpatine look a lot more diabolical and smarter if he didn’t leave it to any chance

Something I will say for Maul: Shadow Lord is that Sam Witwer repeatedly referred to this as Maul's prime. I don't really know if you can say that when he's been badly handicapped for 6/10 of the episodes lol. Like this is the weakest we've ever seen him outside of Spider Maul.
