While I was studying both big and smaller brands in the ecom space, I found out that smaller stores focus heavily on front-end, make the bag and get some big money. But big established brands focus both on front and back-end and create real wealth…

@chukmk I would try to make some A/B test with the offer creating new product variants with higher prices and see if CVR is higher there, then go all in on that

$0 - $100k/m with ecom day 66 Revenue: £575 Ad Spend: £284 ROAS: 2.02 Much better performance yesterday But, earlier today I increased the price of the product by around 20% and performance is looking pretty 💩 today (you'll see in tomorrow's update) This is so I can maintain a BEROAS closer to 1.3 instead of a 1.6/1.7, which would have been if I kept the same price after the increase in cogs I expect CVR to drop as a result, so I'll probably drop budgets slightly and work on making better ads Not much else to report on, just making more ads Cya tomorrow!🏌🏾‍♂️

@Canerelpacino With failed payment rate I mean the combination of skipped payments and failed, so if the customer blocked the card or removed it. I think 30% it’s high but on a supplement brand most of the buyers make the subscriptions to pay less on the first purchase
