Looking for a Creative Strategist ASAP What you'll do: - Ideate and script new concepts and iterations (20-40 concepts p/m) - Avatar/customer research - Analyse meta ads with our team - Work with our editors to bring concepts to life - Launch ads and monitor ad accounts - Use AI tools (claude) to create advertorials - UGC / Influencer outreach and scripts - Help further develop out creative workflow systems - 20-40 concept tests per month - Scope to grow into our marketing director as the team expands Desireable experience/skills: - Worked with DTC brands before as a CS - Use clickup or similar for workflow - Managed creators and editors as part of their workflow - No agencies. I want a dedicated team member that's hungry to learn and grow. As we do well, we'll make sure you do well with our bonus structure. $0 - $100k/m with ecom day 142 I have not posted an update in a minute, but annoyingly I've not been able to launch any ads in a week My FB profile (the new one I bought) also got permanently suspended, so now I have no ad account to run ads from Speaking with Meta daily to try and get my main profile back as I know a few people in the same situation who managed to get it unbanned In the meantime, I've decided to move on from the product I was testing, gave it a solid 2 months, overall it's break even but I think is time to try something new So while I'm sorting out a new FB profile, I'm doing research and building a new website Fingers crossed, we'll be live before the end of the week Trust God's plan!

$0 - $100k/m with ecom day 141 Revenue: $0 Ad Spend: $100 ROAS: 0 Ok, it's been nearly 3 days running those native ads, and for the first time ever seeing 0 ATCs, despite soft metrics looking good I'm definitely doing something wrong I know native ads can work, but I'm not sure if it works for my demographic, or it's just a skill issue I'm going to start afresh and make some new batches of natives, will give it another go But first I probably need to spend a few more hours doing market research, and getting to know my customer better Back to the drawing board Cya tomorrow!🏌🏾‍♂️

$0 - $100k/m with ecom day 140 Revenue: $0 Ad Spend: $140 ROAS: 0 After 2 days of launching engagement and traffic campaigns, the new ad account has finally started spending Day 1 was pretty atrocious though, with 0 sales and even 0 ATCs, which I've never seen before lol But I understand it's a fresh account, brand new pixel with 0 data so I'm going to just give it more time and let it spend for a couple more days before tweaking anything Cya tomorrow!🏌🏾‍♂️

$0 - $100k/m with ecom day 139 Update: I've managed to finally get a new Facebook Profile and Business Manager I've learnt from my mistake and this time I've been a lot smarter and have a safer setup I got a couple of backup FB profiles and backup BM that have access to the assets like pixel etc so I'm never going to find myself in a position of just losing everything if Zuck is having a bad day I relaunched a new campaign yesterday in the new ad account Focusing on Native ads primarily going forward It's been nearly 24h, but so far the campaign hasn't spent anything I've just launched an engagement campaign, just to see if I can get the account spending We're back stronger than ever Cya tomorrow gng!🏌🏾‍♂️

Day 4: 0-$50k/month Slight drop in performance but still profitable 😊 1. I increased the CBO budget by 20% 2. I also created a new campaign ($100/day) with 3 adsets, and in each adset I added my winning creative from my original testing campaign! See you 2mrw :)

$0 - $100k/m with ecom day 138 I spent the weekend learning how native ads work I've created a few batches of native ads to relaunch the product Everything was ready today, but Zuck had different plans My whole business manager just got restricted, I appealed it and within an hour I got an email saying it is permanently disabled Not ideal, given that outside of doing ecom, my primary cashflow is from my advertising agency Gonna need to figure out a solution ASAP Either way, stay blessed gng!🏌🏾‍♂️

$0 - $100k/m with ecom day 125 Revenue: £195 Ad spend: £75 ROAS: 2.6 Good day The separate 1-country campaign is performing better than the main top 4 CBO, and AOV is also much better there I’ve increased the budget Since changing offer there has been an improvement, and even though it’s profitable AOV is just too low, and I fear it’ll be hard to sustain once it’s time to scale Will start planning a new offer A few more ads going live today, and a few more getting scripted Cya tomorrow!🏌🏾‍♂️
