Onezwa Mbola's life is RICH in all respects. She grows her own non-GMO food, vegetables, herbs, meat from animals and chickens she breeds. She lives in a coastal village in the Eastern Cape, so she walks a short distance to the ocean to get her seafood, from oysters, mussels, fish you name it. She grinds her own samp and mielie meal, uses a traditional grinding stone that I last saw when my grandmother was still alive. She makes her own pasta from scratch with a machine.
