This is just a warning to our fellow booksellers & other small businesses to be extra vigilant about your systems. Amazon's third party marketplace is clearly vulnerable to hackers and exploitation in a time of terrible crisis. @ShelfAwareness @PublishersWkly @indiebound

We still don't quite know how it happened, perhaps a phishing scheme. What we know is that hackers had control of our email and Amazon account for about three days before we discovered it. And we have tight security and pay outside consultants to help keep our systems safe.
