@TMobileHelp incredibly disappointed to wait on hold for 45 minutes to be told since I don’t remember my PIN from 3 years ago that I can’t cancel my acct I didn’t know still existed. Absolutely deplorable.

@TMobile thieving, impossible, completely incompetent. Fort Knox over here - I thought I cancelled an acct years ago, apparently I didn’t. Since I don’t remember the 6-digit pin, apparently I’m stuck paying $30/month until the end of time. INSANITY. No options given.
