@nise_yoshimi I know for a fact that by 10 years from now people are going to reclaim part 2 and be like it's actually super awesome and not weirdly paced at all but I do not know if I will ever be able to go there with them

really though the entire arc of chainsaw man over its course has been that "being a superhero is an unhealthy coping mechanism" and "denji needs to stop being chainsaw man" so while the suddenness of it is jarring and amusing the idea of this ending shouldn't be surprising at all

@NewYakubianApe it's really quite simple. every dot denotes a joint which points to the nearest looser joint on the relevant side of the dotted connective, unless the dot denotes a conjunction in which case if a connective dot is needed it will transform into a colon without directionality

"this page intentionally left blank" provides no information of importance to the reader or the printer. rather, it exists to provide the conceptual groundwork allowing for the possibility of "notebook"

in response to reviewer 1's first point, while I obviously agree that "textual basis" is important for most interpretations, in this case I have mind-melded across time and space with the author and acquired first-hand knowledge of his intentions

This means, basically, that they cancel each other out, leaving Sanches without any knowledge. He has to suspend judgment on his knowledge claims *and* his claim to know nothing. But since Sanches is a global skeptic, this is what he wanted in the first place--global suspension.
