Did you know that Capitol Police failed to use their loud public address system to instruct people to stay away from the Capitol on January 6 until the evening hours when most people had already left?
🇺🇸@FreeStateWill

For four years we've wondered why the Capitol public address system wasn't used earlier on January 6. Recently, I asked Chief Sund and for the first time we now have an answer. While Sund was busy coordinating support, USCP operations staff failed to communicate to the crowd.

@Wes625883812652 @1776General_ He was already out on bond and shot someone while live-streaming. If anything the gag order protects Chud and the public from yet another violent confrontation between two violent criminals like Chud and Fox.

Judge orders gag order on Chud The Builder It prohibits Chud from livestreaming or making social media posts while the case is ongoing The judge is terrified of the support Chud has received and the exposure of the courts unprecedented discriminatory handling of the case. The judge has stipulating how his extremely high unprecedented bond can be paid.

If Chud the Builder was actually guilty, the courthouse footage would already be public. The fact it still hasn’t been released suggests it may support a self-defense claim, and prosecutors are trying to build a case anyway. No matter how this ends, people have the right to defend themselves.

@ForgiatoBlow47 Releasing the video would give the defense a chance to file appeals based on the jury. Same reason why most Tyler Robinson videos aren’t public. They would likely give the jury a preconceived notion, at least any defense attorney would argue. Do you think Robinson is innocent?

αΩ - OPERATION FREE DALTON 'Chud the Builder'
Yesterday the judge lowered Dalton Eatherly's bond from $1,250,000 to $1,000,000. That is still higher than every single murder defendant in Montgomery County under DA Robert Nash. A man who confessed to raping and murdering a 9-month-old baby: $100,000. A man with four separate murder cases across three years: $2,500. A man arrested on new felony charges while already out on bond for first degree murder: $100,000. A convicted felon who committed a double murder: $750,000. Combined prior violent felonies among those defendants: 6. Combined prior felonies of any kind: 11. Tennessee law requires courts to consider prior criminal record when setting bail. TCA 40-11-118 also prohibits bail from being used as an instrument of oppression.

On January 6th I followed the crowd into the Capitol and shouted. Police stood by the whole time, hanging out with us and sometimes directing us places. At one point near the House Chambers I was walking downstairs when a trio of some special section, secret service looking men started pointing guns in my direction. Confused and annoyed, I walked the other way and when I saw a normal police officer asked him why they were doing that. He informed me a protestor (Ashli Babbit) had been killed, and advised me to leave the building. I walked towards the exit and after a short rest on the bench I left. I harmed nobody and damaged no property that day and complied with all police orders. What I received for that was a pre-dawn raid at my parents house, where my 1 month post-partum wife and I were staying, on Biden's first day in office. His DOJ had signed the order to arrest me 3 hours after his inauguration. In the subsequent weeks I received death threats online and harassing phone calls, something that would be ongoing for the next few years. I was banned from Meta and Paypal. My wife and I were both debanked by PNC and banned from Airbnb. My wife was detained at the airport for hours with our newborn daughter. I was charged with 4 misdemeanors and the 1512 unconstitutional felony. The government offered to drop the misdemeanors if I pled to the felony. The felony was a lie, so I refused and went to trial. At trial the prosecution for 2 days straight was allowed to show footage to the jury of things that occurred around the Capitol I wasn't present for "for context." When we asked to put forward footage that contradicted the prosecution's "context" we were not allowed. They could show what they wanted, we could not. Police officers were then put on the stand for the next 2 days who cried about their experiences. I had no idea who they were. They admitted they never saw me or interacted with me. Nevertheless like every other J6er, I lost, and was sentenced to 4 years and $22k in fines and restitution. Yet even after the Supreme Court overturned the felony, the judge would not let me out until my misdemeanor sentences of a year were maxed out. Because she can't count she actually kept me in longer - to the extent she intervened at the last minute to make the prison release me on a Sunday, something that is against BOP rules. My family sat outside the prison gates the Friday before practically the whole day waiting in vain because of this pettiness. But the government wasn't satisfied with their pound of flesh: after my release they took me back in for resentencing, to attempt to have me resentenced after the fact to my misdemeanors consecutively, so I'd be taken from my family again and have another 1.5 years behind bars. This time I won, as they had no legal precedent and it skirted on violating double jeopardy since I had served my full prison time. Even still, it cast a cloud over the holidays and cost me another 20k my family couldn't afford. People ask whether prison was bad, and yeah of course prison sucked. It was a hard and violent place. I was present for a stabbing, and was lucky to avoid two fights and a race war. But dealing with Biden's DOJ and the DC Judiciary was the real trauma - they would grind down your spirit by weaponizing the legal system and use the endless procedure to bankrupt you. I had nightmares for months after release that I had somehow been hit with new charges. By the time I was pardoned by President Trump, I had spent literally every single day of Biden's presidency either in prison or under some form of supervision. I had incurred over $300k in legal fees and over $1 million in lost business. It was a reign of terror, and yet it was a mere foreshadowing of what they had planned for anyone else who opposed them under Kamala. The country should never forget it.

@Houseofyogi It’s funny you don’t realize the reason he supports no taxes for the working class is because he would make more money even if paying more taxes. The more money the middle class makes the more they buy. Ironically, this is the exact opposite of the republicans economic stance

Bezos went on CNBC yesterday and said "You could double the taxes I pay and it's not gonna help that teacher in Queens." And all the bureaucrats and socialists lost their minds. Promise the teacher a raise. Tax everyone. Launder the money through Washington. Then blame the billionaire. We aren't morons Ro, we've seen this before. Bezos said the bottom half of earners should pay zero federal income tax. A nurse in Queens making $75K hands the IRS $12K a year. He said cut it to zero. She keeps her full paycheck. No bs refund, paperwork or shady government program. Simple. They won't do it. And you should ask yourself why. They don't ACTUALLY want to help anyone. They just want to pretend they tried and get your votes while making you hate the ppl they scammed. They want the money to flow through Washington, the city, every ponzi department and consultant and charity so each one can wet their beak. By the time it reaches the teacher it's maybe $100, if that... And then they'll blame the billionaire who hasn't paid their "fair share." Right Warren??? Lets take a gander at Mamdani's education budget. NYC spends $42K per student per year, 3x the national average ($15K). Highest in America. Florida pays $9K. NYC spends more per pupil than most people pay for private school or college. Its frickn insane. The budget has gone up every year, enrollment has gone down. With all that money only 3 out of 10 kids can read in the 8th grade. Cuba can read better english and they speak spanish lol. So where is the money going? Def not to teachers. but shh, ro doesn't want you to know that. A starting teacher in NYC makes $65K. Mamdani's city spends $42K per kid, runs a $40B budget. You could pay every teacher six figures with that money and have 12 kids per a classroom. But thats too logical. It goes to administrators. Consultants. Overtime. Unions. Friends and family businesses. Pensions for people who left a decade ago. Studies about studies. Buildings that take ten years to renovate. Everyone else but the kids, teachers and actual schools THERE IS ENOUGH MONEY. Politicians decide where the money goes. Teachers are underpaid because of how government spends money. Not because Bezos doesn't pay enough. Then they stand outside a billionaire's apartment with a camera and tell you he's the problem. That's the SCAM. Ro Khanna says tax billionaires to fund $60K teacher salaries. NYC already spends enough to fund $100K teacher salaries. The money's there, Ro. Your people are the ones who won't give it to her. Federal level is the same story. DOE spending up 649% since 2000 and kids aren't any smarter. GAO found $186 billion in improper payments last year. $3 trillion in errors since 2003. It’s criminal. Stop taxing the nurse. No bureaucracy. Just let the woman keep her full paycheck. Outrage is deflection. They'd rather she pay. Because her keeping her own money doesn't fund the machine and they lose the one thing that keeps the whole racket going: a billionaire to blame.

🚨Pava LaPere, a SOCIAL JUSTICE WARRIOR and WOKE CEO ran EcoMap, a company that "stands against systemic racism, bigotry, and a police state that criminalizes Black bodies" She was beaten to death with a brick by Jason Billingsley, career criminal. Registered sex offender. Billingsley got early release so the system wouldn't look racist. Days before, he'd raped and nearly killed another woman. Her ideology shielded her killer. Virtue signaling killed her. Feelings over safety. Pava paid with her life.

Where does anything or anyone say that? I’m going by what’s on the warrant/ affidavit and it does not say that at all anywhere, and if your referring to the “video” we’ll mutiple people apparently saw this video and I heard contradictory claims to what you just said, but that’s all hearsay until we see it ourselves So if that’s what your going with it’s your word against theirs until we have the video

Breaking: From a source at the Bond Hearing for Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder that was out at recess not long ago. Quick cliffs notes: - 7 shots fired - Not sure if it was 3 or 4 that went into fox - Search of his vehicle found plane tickets to Turkey and then Rome. - All happened in the courtyard, looked like all within a 10 yard area for all the interactions - Fox was at the court complex for child support case - No audio available at the moment - Dalton had the camera and selfie stick so still believe there was a live stream that investigators haven’t gotten yet - Dalton approached, walked around after initial discussion, still filming walked by fox again and fox got up, verbal interaction, chud switched selfie stick hands and reached in right pocket, very clear “bladed stance” with hand in pocket before anything physical. Very clear video footage. Waiting to hear more.

Right, not matter the circumstance, your allowed to reach a defensive stance when someone is threatening period, it’s not illegal at all. Furthermore the fact that he approached Chud AGAIN after breaking contact shows he is clearly the instigator, and considering he threatened Chud and said he has “PTSD” before ultimately striking him in my opinion would show any jury that he was aware of what he was doing, and what he was about to do and thus would paint him as the aggressor

🚨 Courthouse shooter — Chud the builder had body armor, rifle, shotgun, and a ticket to Istanbul before shooting man outside court He had his bond reduced to $1 million after detectives found body armor, multiple firearms, ammunition, and an airline ticket to Istanbul in his possession following a shooting outside a Tennessee courthouse. The victim was at the courthouse for a child support hearing at the time of the shooting. Eatherly now faces charges including attempted murder and employing a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony. Was he planning a mass shooting? 🤔

"Prosecutors do not release every piece of evidence to the public before trial just because X or his supporters wants clips." When did I suggest anything of the kind. If they have even a single video showing Eatherly as the unlawful aggressor in this case, and they shared that with the public, the public would instantly know the truth of the event and the justice of the prosecution. But DO they?
The Darkpulse Files  𝕏@Scout_503

Dude you’re such a clown. Stop gaslighting people. You know exactly how this works. Prosecutors do not release every piece of evidence to the public before trial just because X or his supporters wants clips. Evidence can support charges and still be held for discovery, hearings, motions, or trial. You’re not asking a real legal question. You’re bullshitting X for monetization.
