@Farmer_Richard_ DNR The first thing the doctor asked when Ian was admitted to hospital. The bedside manner and whole approach was even more shocking! There is a piece of work to do here - to help families get through the most difficult times with more support, knowledge and compassion.

The day my late wife died in hospital, I was told that there was a DNR on her. I said she’d specifically told me that wasn’t what she wanted. The doctor said “sometimes people need to be saved from themselves”. We should be a lot more worried about our right to live, than to die.

@evansamanda I am sorry Amanda you would need to speak to the store directly as this is where you made your purchase. If you have a larger Sainsbury's store in your area you could speak to them regarding this however, you would still need your receipt to show your proof of purchase. Gee

⁦@HabitatUK⁩ is there anything you can do about this? A whole cupboard full of these storage containers & they are pricey. I have several which are cracking that have never been washed. Took back to Sainsbury’s but they said couldn’t help as no longer stocked in Ings Rd.

@HabitatUK I’m sorry I don’t accept that- these are expensive it’s not a one off fault and their reason for not replacing or refunding was they could not process on till as they are a small store and no longer ranged. I don’t want a refund I just want product fit for purpose. Pls escalate

@evansamanda As you made your purchase at a Sainsbury's store we are not able to override a store decision. They would need to see the receipt for the purchase of the storage containers to be able to offer a resolution to you Amanda. I am sorry I could not be of further help Amanda. @HabitatUK I took them back to @sainsburys but they no longer have full range so no SKU and I don’t have receipt. I have a cupboard full, they are pricey and I now have four or five cracked in same place.
