I swear, Uganda is facing a crisis of power and impunity. Those in authority act like the country belongs to them, while ordinary citizens are left to suffer. A police officer, someone entrusted to protect the people decided to be violet by beating a young girl simply because he didn’t want to pay. Imagine a-whole grown adult, sworn to uphold the law.
