I just deleted my ChatGPT account and YOU SHOULD, TOO. Why? Last month, @OpenAI gave the Pentagon unrestricted access to its tools WITHOUT any guardrails to prevent the mass surveillance of Americans or the development of autonomous AI weapons that kill without human oversight.

.@OpenAI I just deleted my chatgpt acct because I don't want any part of a company that supports Trump, helps ICE screen resumes, or gives the Pentagon open access to kill people. You all need to put some guardrails in place and stop letting your tools be used to advance evil.

You hand the staffperson the item you're returning, they stick it in a single-use @amazon plastic bag, tag it with a sticker & toss it in a box. I just submitted a complaint via the @NYSDEC web site and emailed them these three photos.

GRRR! NY State passed a very helpful and important ban on single-use plastic bags that's been in effect since 2020. But LOOK at the new system @amazon is making staff at its @StaplesStores return centers use - a big fat rack of Amazon-branded single-use plastic bags. 😡🛍️

The National Weather Service (NWS) is under the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Trump proposed cutting 25% of the NOAA budget ($1.6bn) including labs that support NWS. Trump lost 600 NWS officials due to layoffs & retirements. Quite the upgrade. 🙄
