A disturbing moment unfolded when a mother let her young son hit a stranger’s dog with a water bottle as a joke. What started as play quickly became dangerous when the dog reacted defensively and nearly attacked the child. The boy ran back to his mother in fear, and she immediately fled with him. The situation could have ended very badly for both the child and the dog.
