To anyone who has hEDS or any mobility/connective tissue disorder, PLEASE do not see a chiropractor. You are more prone to joint subluxations and dislocations, which can be exacerbated by chiropractic techniques.
Research heavily favors seeing a physical therapist instead!

So, if my shoulder hurts, it’s because of my right hip. It’s bizarre and so necessary and I wish I had more time to go to him. In the first season, we did one leg on the gurney CPR and I started walking and my hips were completely crooked. I remember walking and he goes, “Don’t tell me, one leg on the bed CPR?” And I was like, “Yes.”

@SavLovesSwift Also, make sure either the boiler/HVAC and/or the roof are newer. Ideally all big ticket items are newer, but make sure you won’t have multiple things failing from age within a few years of buying. We have an older roof but everything else is new.

@SavLovesSwift We bought our house not even a year ago, and the biggest annoyances are electrical stuff. Make sure you have outlets everywhere, and overhead lighting in places you want them, bc otherwise you will NEED an electrician.
