As promised. All refunds were initiated yesterday evening (12/16). It will take a few days to be processed and show up in the bank account.

@LemonKeri For free users, only the photos processed (within your account’s time window) are exported to the archive.

@joelo We know it can be a pain for huge collections but it’s better than 1 giant corrupt 100GB file. We’re doing our best for our customers

@joelo We do this to save cost and bandwidth. Raw also means we can get the data back to folks ASAP and then build an unarchiver later.
