Day 4: I’m back now bc it started RAINING on me😥

Day 4: okay it’s only 2:58 but I woke up & im like very awake rn.. if I sleep for 1 more hour I’ll probably wake up tired since I’ll wake up to my alarm… so I’m getting up now to go on a walk🫡🤗yayy

Day 2: OKAY I SWEAR THIS TIME ITS REAL!!!!! Yesterday was a success! & now this (pictured) is what I’ve eaten today. I think I’ll have a ninja creami later after gym time😪 pls give me the strength to do this. I need to get back there☹️

So I ate gf bread with 2 of the little caramel apple light+fit, which btw.. I think anything that tastes cinnamony is now a trigger for me. It makes me think of my peak ed🥲😒 anyway, after, I was like “ok now I want ice cream! So I ate my creami while watching the back rooms

Day 2: um okay obviously the “not eating for the rest of the evening” didnt work bc I’m ME, and I AM STUPID!!! Let me tell u what happened. I tried this creami & it was too strong! So I split between 2 containers & added more milk & put back in the freezer. “But I still want -
