I'm beyond frustrated. I've called @EversourceCT 10+ times today. We have downed, live, sparking wires across our driveway and flooded pasture and can't get answers. Meanwhile we're running on generators and facing huge costs. We just need help. Donate: zeffy.com/en-US/donation…

So far, we've restored ~58,000 of our customers since we started tackling the damage, and we'll keep working until every customer is back on.

Our crews are making steady progress after last night's storm. Saturated ground has contributed to a higher number of damage locations caused by uprooted trees like here in New Canaan, Vernon and Brooklyn.

@scott_wheeler12 @CTyank860z @EversourceCT In 2024 I lost power 14 times in three months. We have medical devices to sustain life on the premise and it would be nice if we could get reliable power at these premium rates. Yes we have a generator but Eversource really needs to improve its reliability.

@EversourceCT this is the WORSE power company known to man! 1 outage in the town of Griswold and they can't restorwle ot faster than 8 house. What a joke they r. B ut they keep charging us like they are a premium company.

@EversourceCT what’s wrong with the phone lines ?! Since yesterday I been trying to get in contact with customer service for new activation on my account for my unit I’m suppose to move in by 3/1 ?
