I'm beyond frustrated. I've called @EversourceCT 10+ times today. We have downed, live, sparking wires across our driveway and flooded pasture and can't get answers. Meanwhile we're running on generators and facing huge costs. We just need help. Donate: zeffy.com/en-US/donation…

So far, we've restored ~58,000 of our customers since we started tackling the damage, and we'll keep working until every customer is back on.

Our crews are making steady progress after last night's storm. Saturated ground has contributed to a higher number of damage locations caused by uprooted trees like here in New Canaan, Vernon and Brooklyn.

We have medical devices to sustain life on the premise and it would be nice if we could get reliable power at these premium rates. Yes we have a generator but Eversource really needs to improve its reliability.
