Gap is super clear for builders btw, For perps, perps & perps infra are already red ocean but the gap remains for product educating & bringing more users to trade on perps. I only see 3 projects working on this at a deeper level — @elfa_ai, @Cod3xOrg, and @get_truenorth For prediction markets, trading terminal, alpha analysis, wallet tracking, copy trading, PM defi products, and vault products remain very nascent. The vertical is growing extremely fast but no one has nailed down complementary PM products yet and this has been the case for the past 4-6 months. For stablecoin, market already saturated for stablecoin players and major defi players. Opportunities remain on infrastructure for mainstream adoption — neobanks (on/off-ramp, IRL spending, yield on idle capital), treasury management, defi for the mass, privacy primitives, etc. Crypto x AI converges with all these segments. If you're a builder, pick one of these segments. If you're an investor, you know what to do.

@ILiketoCope @trade_xbt @paradex Funding is usually high for both ATM and OTM, but decreases as the perp option goes further and further ITM.

@trade_xbt @paradex Funding is the key because it increases parabolically from the tails, peaking ATM, so if you're near ATM you need price to move soon! (Which is why it's theta)

Any Mark Price should directly or indirectly incorporate the theoretical value of the option (using the Black Scholes or a different formula), to disincentivize order book manipulation. On Everstrike, we solve this by bounding the Mark Price within a range.

@ILiketoCope @paradex Oh I notice when you set the chart to Mark Price, the chart price has huge difference compared to the order book mid price. I think the mark price is now calculated using Black Scholes formula, taking into account spot price and all the option greeks.
