@_CedarSteve There's actually NO good reason for NOT pressing forward on any of the deliverables she signed up to establish. Any one of these important items could have been worked on in tandem. However she's completely fixated on chasing hearsay, a boogy man, while wasting funds and time❌

Lol her "investigation" has been going on for 11 months and she's misappropriated $10,000s of our money on it. She is trying to claim: 1) Wallet Enterprises Ltd, that developed the code does not own it. She claims the attestation of code ownership send from the Dubai based CEO of a multi-national development company was "faked". So ridiculous to even claim that the code isn't owned by Atlas in the first place. The only challenge we've had all this time is allowing token holders ownership over a real world asset, and that should've been solved by the foundation owning shares in Atlas, but Shawnte has blocked that too. 2) She claims I didn't legally assign the $1.2m from EverGrow Marketing Ltd to Atlas - I did and I have a signed Board resolution to prove it, but naturally a woman who wasn't there and had nothing to do with the process knows better. 3) She claims the wallet vote was illegal because I said the community were degens in a call 6 months after the vote. Firstly, even her committee members told her she misrepresented that call. Secondly, it was an advisory vote, operations were under EverGrow Marketing Ltd at the time, we were not a DAO and it went 97% in favour after weeks of open debate and 100s of questions answered. Thirdly, anyone with an ounce of legal experience knows the only way, if it were actually a binding vote, it could be invalid, would be if materially misleading information was contained in the vote, not for someone airing a private opinion 6 months later. 4) She claims that because I ultimately acquired the remaining tokens that were initially given to the founder and his team in the first whitepaper, that that is somehow grounds for all votes to be suspended. Those tokens had no restrictions or conditions, and were privately owned from launch. 5) She claims that because we often referred to the project as community owned, this invalidates the fact that operations, and operating budget, was always separated out. Yes, the entire token supply and LP was community owned, but a specific budget was also always assigned for operations, and those elements were privately run, but always in the best interests of holders. This was openly communicated from launch, and no token holder was ever under the impression that if they acquired the tokens, they would be given control over project operations or operational funds. That's it. Her big "bombshell". A load of illogical nonsense that is all totally refutable, and that anyone who has been around for more than a year already knows is based on a entirely false premise.

Let's be very clear about what Shawnte Thompson is doing in the Cedar socials. She is muting or banning anyone who dares to ask her questions about her $10s of millions of financial impropriety. She has fired moderators like @_CedarSteve, invited haters and constant fudsters in and allowed them to reign without moderation. See this image below? This is one of many examples of gross misconduct from Lee, the guy Shawnte has just put on an unauthorised salary, and who has full powers over our Telegram. Lee's job is to ensure anyone who speaks up against Shawnte is muted or banned. The perfect definition of a Judas, betraying our community for money. This is what corruption looks like. Every dollar misappropriated will need to be repaid.

Is Shawnte Thompson really going to continue to lie to the Cedar DAO community that the committee was not created on an interim basis to deliver a very specific mandate?

You stop and resign we have no committee. When it got below 9 it shpuld have been dissolved. No DAO is complete and no legal representation. You have mislead us all and now you must go. Sam is leading the Atlas.projectnso yes I am looking forward to working with him to finish and launch it. That cannot happen until you leave and we put in a new committee to get the DAO in place. I have clearly stated I am will to stop my work to fix the issues you have created. You must resign.

Why would anyone care how much anyone else owns? Everyone is free to buy as many tokens as they want. If he bought those tokens from Praveen who cares ? What difference does it make? In my opinion, someone who owns more has a better interest and skin in the game to see this project be successful. What makes you entitled to go back and rewrite history or what should or should not have been done well before you came in here? It’s not your decision to decide what should have been done or when. Many holders feel violated by @RealShawnte !!!!

Are there any lawyers who are loyal Cedar holders? Can we get a class action lawsuit going against @RealShawnte for holding this project back from voting on committee members and stealing non authorised pay. @_CedarSteve @CedarDAO @SamCKx

The fact that @RealShawnte is holding the entire Cedar community hostage is mind boggling. Do you not have a conscious,this is just wrong. Do the right thing and step aside and let the community vote.

Can't reply to you either @PaulTreffx either your lying or ignorant and no one else besides you two is going to come out publicly in support of what you are saying. No one... It's in writing, Paul. Perhaps this is your attempt to put some space between yourself and all of this seeing as though we have anonymous sources one of which could be you and I'm just playing this game with you to protect your identity... You go and chill somewhere and work on getting that thing released back from X prison and pump it to 1B. Rooting for you. Sam I think is a big boy, got himself into this before you came along and remains in it after you've sold, been MIA, and have returned with your popcorn and a new token. This needs not involve you but if you want to put yourself in the middle of this feel free. If there is ever litigation I'm sure it can involve you as well.
