Over the past 16 years, $CPRT Copart's largest buyback was between July 31, 2010 and July 31, 2011, when the company repurchased over $700M worth of shares. Between November 2025 and January 2026, the company repurchased over $218M worth of stock, which was reported in Q2 2026 yesterday. During the earnings call, the CFO said: "In addition, during the second quarter, we began to repurchase shares of our common stock through open market purchases and have subsequently repurchased shares under a 10b5-1 plan through the month of February. Fiscal year-to-date, we have repurchased over 13 million shares for an aggregate amount of over $500 million." Some of these buybacks were reported in Q2 2026, while the remainder will be reported next quarter.... As a result...we've finally reached a point where the company has plenty cash and feels comfortable doing buybacks and who knows, we might even set a new buyback record.....the other years less than 10% of the company was cash, but as today more than 10% is currently cash

$CPRT is arguably the most disrespected compounding machine in the entire market currently. -Incredibly wide moat -Owns ~90% of their land -AI beneficiary long-term -Duopoly with largest market share I think its about time for me to pull the trigger on this one...

$NVO just got FDA approval for Wegovy HD (7.2 mg), its higher-dose semaglutide. The results are strong: Mean weight loss: 20.7% ~1 in 3 patients lost 25%+ This builds on Wegovy 2.4 mg and adds a more powerful option for patients needing greater weight loss. It was also approved under the FDA’s National Priority Voucher program, highlighting obesity as a major health priority. Novo expects a US launch in April 2026. I never thought I’d watch a 90-minute YouTube video of a guy just talking to a camera, but @DrewCohenMoney proved me wrong. In the age of short attention spans, there is still an audience for long form video. If you’re holding or eyeing $MELI, this is a must-watch. Here are a few takeaways that stood out to me: - It was interesting to learn how 1st-party (1P) products are used to regulate 3rd-party (3P) sellers. If 3P sellers overcharge because their costs are low, MELI introduces 1P at lower margins to force prices down. If 1P becomes too expensive, they lean back on 3P. Surprisingly, the unit economics for both generally net out to the same margins. - Amazon can be a bigger competitor to Meli, but they intentionally choose not to. Internally Amazon initiatives compete for the same investment dollars and generally higher ROI projects are prioritized (e.g. AWS). - To scale Mercado Pago, they securitize their loans to mitigate risk. However, they keep the "junior portion" to take the first loss if defaults spike but these portions also offer much higher margins to make up for it. - As profitable as the lending arm looks, the credit risk remains an untested overhang on the stock. This new segment hasn't faced a major regional credit event yet. It serves as a good reminder every time I feel like MELI looks “cheap”. Looking forward to more in the future! youtube.com/watch?v=LIW5zh…

@Jsmith4179 @chitchatstocks Not true or not fully. Total net transfers to Poland for all 21 years is approx 160BN €. This is peanuts for 38mln people in 2 decades. Main thing is huge open market, trillions in value.

@chitchatstocks Starting from a very low base (avg salary in 80s was $20!)+hard working people + joining EU (main benefit is huge open market, not fund transfers from EU, contrary to what many think).
