I am looking for examples of prediction models that give uncertainty estimates for individual predictions. E.g. risk of outcome in patient with predictors X is 10% (95% prediction interval 5% to 20%). References I should check @f2harrell @ESteyerberg @Richard_D_Riley anyone?
