@singtoconley I can't imagine liking the standard Deltarune overworld gameplay the most. What do you mean people prefer that to Zelda or Ninja Gaiden? It's fine because combat is fun, but all you do is walk around clicking on objects to find quips

to me, deltarune integrates new mechanics as part of its love letter to gaming as a medium. my reaction to the Petal Feather transition is gonna stick with me forever. it's not for everyone, even toby knows this, but i don't feel it does this to the detriment of the core gameplay

Either way, i think kris aint short, for a rough estimate i would say they are 5,3 feet tall (1,64 cm) but monsters must have wild growt spurts, and they dont seem to eat well, thats why they are a yellow smurf

If flower man lyrics are to be believed, asgore is 9,20 feet tall (3,10 cm) meaning everyone in deltarune are damn giants, just look at this old fan chart to get an ideia

something i've always been disappointed in with undertale and deltarune is that they really don't use the soul modes often. they're only really in boss fights and each mode is used like once or twice?
i think it'd have been better if they were used by normal enemies in the areas
