this brings together two teams that were already aligned in how early-stage backing should be done.
shreyansh and simaq have built 1825 Fund with strong founder relationships and a clear point of view on early-stage deployment.
they now join @evm_capital, actively deploying capital and working closely with founders.
with this, we combine their approach with our infrastructure, network, and platform to operate as one unified fund.

launching @defiintents backed by @evm_capital: a whitelabelled API layer that helps developers and partners build cross-chain DeFi experiences using “intents” instead of stitching together many providers manually.
today, we have:
- aggregators for swap + bridge flows (with quote/calldata + deposit status).
- shortcut intents for routing complex operations like aave deposits, etc. in a single API call.

we announced our 2026 calendar events for @localhosthq + raised $2.5M for this years agenda.

life update: we're going full-send w/ @localhosthq. we've raised $2.5M in sponsorships (and raising more) for hosting events + community third spaces around the world. 6 AI Film Festivals: New Delhi at the India AI Summit, Los Angeles, Tokyo, San Francisco, Mumbai and Paris. these are not your hackathon-tier events. we hope to curate the events of highest quality, that reach the level of detail as Oscars, Emmy's and Cannes. we're also starting two labs spaces for creatives, technologists, filmmakers and storytellers in Bangalore and San Francisco. and one lab for hardware in paris. think of these as the Bauhaus for creative talent. we'll do acceptances for these spaces only through word-of-mouth and referrals. we're increasingly as a company focusing more on media and technology, through content and events. we hope to be at the frontier of grandoise and curated AI events around the world, especially AI Film. we hope to be at the frontier of identifying, hunting and launching the best creative and technical talent -- without an investment angle. if interested in any partnerships or collaborations, reach out. you can take a look at our Mumbai AI Film Festival below as a reference that we executed end-to-end in 25 days that made national news.

.@evm_capital began with a simple premise: the world funds what it can measure. the beginnings that matter most can’t be measured yet.
in 2025, we backed 15+ early projects with ~$13k -- everything from protocol experiments to developer tools to strange, unpolished ideas that just needed time and space.
last year, localhost took off in a real way, and my bandwidth shifted accordingly -- but I’m still fully involved with the fund. Andrew Bilinsky (@and_rew) and Rishabh Johary (@rishabhjohary) stepped up and made evm.capital more intentional, more disciplined, and closer to what it was meant to be.
the next chapter is structure without bureaucracy: loose stages, faster feedback loops, small top-ups when momentum appears, and optional support for builders who want clarity, distribution, or introductions
we sit before markets, before narratives, before the world pays attention. our role is to extend the window where ambitious people can test ideas honestly, without pressure to perform.
we’ll stay small by design. if it ever needs scale or noise to justify itself, we’ve lost the plot.

- turned 18
- graduated high school

- decided to skip it

- went insanely viral

- started multiple hacker houses across japan, romania and france.

- got a new office for the company
- sleep deprived af
- mad a ton of new friends (again)

big experiences, hard decisions, real risks, and outcomes that made it all worth it.
feels like the beginning. grateful for everything and everyone who was part of the journey.
