Is Bobby Kennedy Jr. a racist… I don’t think so. An antisemite… possibly but I’m not sure. A wingnut, conspiracy theorist… absolutely. Jacked of steroids… it sure looks that way. A sexual predator… most definitely. A total coward… of nothing am I more certain. #MaryRichardson

New Trump Target Letter: After Trump apparently received a third Target Letter, this time from Jack Smith and his Jan 6th Grand Jury, is it fair to say that perhaps he really is a crook? I mean, can't we all just agree that perhaps the things that prosecutors, across multiple jurisdictions, claim he has done actually were done? I'm not saying to proclaim him guilty, but can some people at least change their stances now and allow the criminal justice system, filled with independent judges, Grand Juries and trial juries to do their jobs? Can we all at least agree to the fact that not every human being on the planet involved in his 3 indictments and possible trials are involved in a massive conspiracy to keep him out of office? If this was happening to Joe Biden I would be embracing a speedy trial in all cases, especially if I really thought he was innocent.

Found it in a Mississippi newspaper. This is about providing info to assist with a criminal investigation against an abortion provider in a state. The scenario described in itself seems implausible, but does have potential for criminal conduct by doctors, not patients. In Mississippi, the woman is not a criminal in abortion, the doctor is. There are other ways of getting the needed info, ie, insurance stats payouts to doctors, so the FED rule was unnecessary. Without seeing the actual letter, we can't really know. Ed makes it sound like all women going out of state would be reported. Get it right guys so there can be legitimate conversation on this.

18 GOP AGs have signed a letter by Mississippi’s AG, against a new HIPAA proposal. They are calling to make out-of-state abortion medical records available to authorities in Mississippi. Does this mean that states should be permitted to ban Viagra and then get the medical records of their citizens in order to ensure that they aren’t going out of state to get a Viagra prescription? Republicans complain all the time about the government having “too much control.” Do we really want the government to be able to no only know our personal health information but also potentially leak it to the public? If Republicans want to return the issue of abortion to the states, and allow states to make their own laws, then why should one state be able to prevent a woman from having any abortion in another state? Shouldn’t this be up to the state in which they are getting the abortion in? Where is the line drawn? Should the government be able to get information about your sex life? How many STD's someone may have had? If you have jock itch? If have a yeast infection? Is this really a line we should be crossing or even attempting to draw?

BREAKING: The House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, who defied House subpoenas himself, has just warned FBI Director Christopher Wray that they may hold him in contempt of Congress over the FBI not complying with subpoenas. First of all, I think that if the FBI can satisfy the subpoenas without compromising active investigations or compromising sources & methods, they certainly should be as transparent as possible. Second, Jim Jordan is the last person who should be threatening anyone over defying a Congressional subpoena. More transparency is good Less Hypocrisy is also good.

On State of the Union, Jake Tapper interviewed Chris Christie. Tapper rolled a clip of Trump’s Saturday night speech at the Turning Point USA conference in Florida and asked Christie for his reaction. Bear in mind, the more Trump is indicted, the more outrageous and twisted Trump sounds: “Every time the radical left Democrats, Marxists, communists, and fascists indict me,” Trump explained away to the conference, “I consider it to be a great badge of honor and courage. I’m doing it for you. I’m being indicted for YOU. Better me than you, right?” Chris Christie promptly took a sledgehammer to Trump’s irrational, scheming rhetoric, denouncing him as a blatant liar, a coward, and more. “He’s a liar and a coward,” Christie made clear, condemning Trump. “He’s not getting indicted for anyone other than because of his own conduct … He’s indicted because of his outrageous conduct. That’s why he’s been indicted. He now has the opportunity to go to court and make the government prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. But now he says he doesn’t want to have a trial until after the election in 2024. I don’t think he’s doing that for us either … When he says he’s doing it for us, that’s a lie. And when he was doing all the things that he was doing with those documents, it shows exactly what a coward he is.” Video below:

Here is my potentially controversial take on a Central Bank Digital Currency. I believe that a CBDC is inevitable. The digitalization of money is the future. It just makes sense from an efficiency standpoint. With this said, there are a lot of dangers that must be addressed. We don’t want the government to have the ability to shut down certain transactions with a flip of a switch. Specific laws will need to be passed before a CBDC is put into circulation. When it comes to Bitcoin, I hear a lot of people make the claim that a CBDC will put an end to Bitcoin. I actually feel that the opposite will be true. I know that this is very cliche, but I believe Bitcoin is too big to fail. This isn’t true for other cryptos (except perhaps Eth). Too many large institutions are heavily invested in Bitcoin and assets related to Bitcoin. A complete ban on Bitcoin would exert extreme harm on the US and world economies. That’s not what anyone wants, especially the parties in power. To me a CBDC only legitimizes Bitcoin, and only provides more reason for people to buy Bitcoin. If you can store assets in a currency that is much more government-interference-proof than a CBDC, it makes it the ultimate store of value. If the government decides to allow direct exchanges between a CBDC and Bitcoin, it will arguably become the most liquid store of value ever. Ultimately there are extreme concerns for government overreach with a CBDC, but the same is true of our military. If the government wanted to fully control us, they could do so with our military. And just like we have to trust them not to use that military to harm us, ultimately that same trust will need to be given to them concerning a CBDC. Like I said, this is likely a controversial take. I welcome your opinions and criticism.

Because they have to look at many many many samples of separate DNA to see which gene sequences are the ones that are consistent throughout the DNA of all Russian people. You can’t just take one Russian person’s blood and figure out the proper gene sequence. They need LOTS AND LOTS of DNA over long periods of time to refine it and narrow down the sequences that are specific the nationalities they are trying to target.

Then deliver the boxes around New England, including Chinatown. Too many docs, somehow got in his stuff, delivered to public places, forgotten. I couldn't get by with all that supposed sloppiness, could you? And the reason he gets off is because he returned what he shouldn't have had in the first place. Double standard if you ask me.

BREAKING: Special Counsel Jack Smith drops bombshell, reveals that he obtained surveillance footage of Trump’s assistant Walter Nauta suspiciously carrying 50 boxes of top secret documents from through a hidden Mar-a-Lago “tunnel” to an “unknown location.” But it gets WORSE… The Special Counsel says that Nauta can then later be seen in the video walking back through the underground tunnel with WAY less than the 50 boxes. The few boxes that he returned with were then turned over to Trump’s lawyer Evan Corcoran to give back to the federal government. The Guardian reports that “federal prosecutors used the surveillance footage” to convince a judge to sign off on the raid of Mar-a-Lago — which led to Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team of federal investigators to hit pay dirt. There you have, folks. Mobster Trump literally sent his assistant through a hidden tunnel with some of America’s most guarded national security secrets to stash them in an “unknown location” in order to not give them back to the federal government that had already subpoenaed every document. Please retweet and ❤️ if you think that Trump and Nauta MUST be found guilty — and consider investing in Tribel, a “woke” new Twitter competitor that is currently doing a round of equity crowdfunding and just blew past $2.5 million raised from 6,300 of its users. If you want to own a small piece of what is quickly becoming the “next big thing” in social media, here is the link to do so, wefunder.com/Tribel. You can invest as little as $100 — or as much as you’d like. Here’s the link to download the new Tribel app that Elon Musk is so afraid of: tribel.app.link/okwPIHYCIqb

@EdKrassen Here is a thought...secure our borders with both a wall and military presence and then we may have sufficient resources to focus on fentanyl wherever it is coming from. Vivek is making more sense every day!

Tucker Carlson has been pressing Asa Hutchinson, Mike Pence Tim Scott and others hard today about their support for Ukraine, and comparing it to problems at the US border, especially fentanyl that has come into the country over the Southern border. Yes, fentanyl is coming into America, and a large portion is coming from Mexico. However, the idea of building a wall — either physical or human — won’t solve the problem. Here are some facts: - The American Immigration Council analyzed every Customs and Border Protection press release mentioning fentanyl over a 6-month period and found just 3 percent involved illegal immigrants. This means that the agency itself believes the most important smugglers are U.S. citizens. - In 2021, 86.3 parent of convicted fentanyl traffickers were U.S. citizens. - Most fentanyl that is crossing the border is coming in at legal points of entry, where drugs are 97% less likely to be stopped than illegal immigrants. - Just 279 out of 1.8 million arrests by Border Patrol for illegal border crossings resulted in fentanyl seizure. - Hard drugs are transported through legal ports of entry because it’s less likely to get caught than if it’s on someone who is crossing illegally, by far! - Fentanyl smuggling actually increased when most legal travel to the US from Mexico was banned under the Trump presidency.

Imagine getting pissed off because Snow White is Hispanic. Imagine getting pissed off because a corporation decides they want to “avoid reinforcing stereotypes.” Can't we just figure out things that should piss us ALL off, like homelessness, poverty, mental health and kids getting shot at schools, then work together to correct them, rather than find things that really don't piss us off and then pretend that they do in order to divide people for clicks?
