@SkyHelpTeam Hello, we aren’t getting any internet at all, the wifi router is all green besides ‘internet’ checked online and loads of people with same issue in and around London, I go into sky and it says it’s fine when it’s not.

Between @SkyHelpTeam and @DPDCare trying to get mobile phone delivered is mind numbing, tried to deliver 3 times during us been at work even thoe I keep telling them this. Wow
