China is supplying Russia with key machinery and components that allow Moscow to produce nuclear-capable hypersonic missiles despite Western sanctions, The Telegraph reported. Chinese-made machine tools, including CNC lathes, have been identified at Russia’s main missile plant producing the Oreshnik system, which Russia has used against Ukraine and says cannot be intercepted. The report says China has sent billions of dollars’ worth of equipment, microchips, and precision components that Russia cannot produce at scale, enabling sustained missile and weapons production. #Russia
