RYAN COHEN SAYS 50% OF THE EQUITY IS BEING ROLLED INTO GAMESTOP AND EBAY 👀

That’s the key point from Ryan Cohen’s interview. He explicitly said equity is going to be rolled into both GameStop and eBay shareholders. That rules out a standard acquisition. This is Teddy. There’s really no other clean way to interpret that kind of language. DK-Butterfly is the obvious vehicle, use it as the holdco, preserve the NOLs, and run a reverse merger that pulls both GameStop and eBay into the same umbrella. End result is one combined company, Teddy. From there, the equity split basically falls into place: 51% to legacy BBBYQ (required) ~19.4% GameStop (40% of the remaining 49%) ~29.4% eBay (60% of the remainder) Consolidation. Everyone rolls equity into the same structure and comes out owning pieces of the new combined entity.

@AustinTobitt @michaeljburry Hard to take Burry seriously when he explicitly praised Ryan Cohen's patience, compared him to Buffet, and mentioned that Cohen "investing and deploying the company’s capital and cash flows. Perhaps for the next 50 years" was a reason he was buying. Lol.

🚨🚨🚨SCOOP: @ryancohen's GameStop is offering to buy eBay for $125/sh, or $56 billion. GameStop has built a roughly 5% stake in eBay already. I spoke to Ryan Cohen exclusively about why he's pursuing this deal. $GME $EBAY wsj.com/business/deals…

OK, I guess I’ll have to unblock you for a minute to give you a little advice. Time to think EggHead, I know this might be difficult for you, but give it a try. The CFO was living in a rental owned by an ex-Deutsche Bank CDS head of trading. Not just any address, one of the most exclusive addresses just North of the Financial District in Manhattan, at 56 Leonard aka Jenga Building. A building built for very high net worth individuals and billionaires. Supposedly paying $18.5K per month for Unit 18AW. So exclusive that a Hedge Fund founder who happened to lose his ass on betting against GameStop had to sell his $29M dollar penthouse in that same building in the fall of 2021, which was about 6 months after the CFO moved in. That CFO moved in from London, where he was the CFO of another public company for just short of 12 months that was sold to its largest debt holder, Natura in Venezuela. Similar moves. Pile on debt, decrease inventory, talk about how great they are going to be.. His C-Suite mate at that company, moved on to take the CEO job at TUP and tried to pull the same BS, but they canned him right before their ultimate demise. Same game plan. People take a bullet for a fucking pizza. What did that CFO know..? Well his 10b-5 trading plan submitted in April 2022, nailed that run in August 2022 with precision. BBBY blew through $1.5B in cash in less than 18 months. You cannot do that without effort. That was right before RC entered the picture in January 2022. Do you see where this is going..? Top that off, this genius CFO after one month on the job in June of 2020 levered the entire company to JPMorgan for a measly $1.5B ABL credit agreement. The entire business. All of the assets. Everything. Wake tf up. The questionable law firm Pomerantz picked what they thought was the perfect Class Action representative, to go after Cohen for insider trading. They should have run a background check on the guy, David Coti, and his Belgium based fund Bratya. But they didn’t. Maybe if they did, they would have found that this Russian national living in France with his multi-millionaire wife and two kids, beat the living shit out of his live-in Ford Model girlfriend during one of his stays in NYC in September of 2023. Those pictures are online under his case after he sued her for keeping a handbag and 10K of cash that he claimed was his property, after he spent the night in jail. She was helped by building staff after seeing her running down the hallway screaming at 4:30 am. While you ponder this, look up the meaning of Bratya. His brother still lives there too. During the course of the BBBY Class Action case, the idiot was shorting BBBY. With his trade records to confirm it. Selling naked call options. Per his deposition, apparently thinks Jim Cramer is a genius. omg Case Dismissed. The Plan administrator for the BBBY Estate sued the CEO, CFO, and select Board members, including the Chair, who happens to be the cousin of the wealthiest and oldest private bank owner in NYC. Sued the BBBY Board for $2.3B. I only bring that up about her Billionaire cousin, as she has been on other boards of his choosing, and had zero idea how the business operated. Proof is in her past depositions when she was sued under similar circumstances. The BBBY CEO, Estate of the CFO, and Board ended with a Confidential Settlement. What does that tell you..? Ryan Cohen has been schooling these pompous assholes for over four years. And guess what, Captain Ahab..? RC has never flinched once. And this story is not over. Third Party Releases all over the place in that Chapter 11 Case. Figure it out. Fuck man, try to keep your mouth closed and give yourself enough time to think before you start blasting out incoherent BS on social media. You are making yourself look like a fool. Or don’t, as I don’t really care. The loudmouths on X are a dime a dozen. And most are a couple eggs short. Woof. 🐶

@MikhailaFuller @DrJackKruse I say this as a fan of both Dr. Kruse and your father, but bedside manner has nothing to do with whether or not someone is telling the truth. In fact, it's irrelevant in a life or death situation. Wishing your father all the best.

@DrJackKruse If you want to get anyone’s attention perhaps a less aggressive message is worth considering. And his akathisia is likely due to excess glutamate not dopamine damage. But oof, nasty message for an intro message. You also don’t know who he’s going to do you? Yikes.

All he needs it a bilateral VNS to de-frag him. The centralized Canadian docs you hired are clueless. I do a the left one the old fashion way and then I'd use the right ear to VNS the right one due to his symptoms. If cognition is impaired the VNS needs to go on left. I’ve revealed how evolution used the mechanical throb of the Aortic Arch as a high-fidelity "de-fragmentation" tool for the left hemisphere’s cognitive centers. If he has spatial awareness and emotional lability then it should go on the right side. Why? The right vagus travels behind the esophagus and bronchus, coupling with Breathing Motions. The Right-Brain Connection: The right brain is more tied to spatial awareness and emotional "GPS." The aural VNS can go on the opposite side avoiding issues with bilateral RLN issues with dual VNS. Akathisia, which is a state of severe motor restlessness, is traditionally linked to the blockade of Dopamine D2 receptors in the striatum. The Striatum requires high-velocity dopaminergic firing to maintain motor "quietude" in the motor outflow. The Viscosity Trap: As the ventricular deuterium leaks into the striatal tissue, it increases the viscosity of the interstitial fluid. D2 Receptor Failure: The "stiff" 𝐶−𝐷 bonds due to the KIE of Deuterium in the receptor proteins slow down the conformational changes required for dopamine binding. This creates a "stutter" in the feedback loop between the striatum and the cortex. The Sensation: Akathisia is the conscious perception of this dielectric "friction." The person feels they must move to "shake off" the internal stagnation, but because the source is the "heavy" water in the lateral ventricles, no amount of movement can fix the signal. Peterson disease is just like SANS in astronauts. This is why SANS (Spaceflight Associated Neuro-ocular Syndrome) and neurological "glitches" are so prevalent in astronauts crossing the SAA. This blog covers it all. Hand to you centralized moron MDs and get your Dad better. This story is boring me with how bad you guys have played your hand. patreon.com/posts/decentra…
Mikhaila Peterson@MikhailaFuller

We figured out that dad has a psych med induced neurological injury, and has been suffering from akathisia. It’s been 6 years since any psych medications. Last summer his symptoms started, after a flare up likely induced by mold (CIRS) and stress. It was complicated by pneumonia and associated sepsis a month later. It’s been horrible. Neurological injuries from psych meds are far more common than people know. I made this video to explain what they are and what akathisia is because they’re not talked about enough, they’re misdiagnosed, nearly impossible to treat, and hidden by the pharmaceutical industry. I don’t plan on making another update about my dad, it stresses my family out, and myself, and there’s nothing more to say about it until things get better. I will be jumping up and down about psych med injury awareness from now on as it’s impacted my health as well, and is devastating. Prayers are appreciated still.

Fair point—latest Q4 FY2025 (ended Jan 31, 2026) shows cash, equivalents + marketable securities at ~$9B (up sharply from $4.8B prior year), with low debt and ~$10B market cap. Burry's comments highlight GME's rare setup: a cash fortress in a leveraged, high-valuation market, where downside is capped near net asset value while upside hinges on Cohen's capital allocation. He's not betting on retail revival but on Cohen acting like early Buffett—hoarding dry powder, avoiding dilution, and pouncing on accretive deals. An acquisition could indeed flip GME into "instant Berkshire": shed the fading retailer label, rerate as a holding company owning real growth assets + cash. It's asymmetric because few firms have this liquidity + operator patience without activist pressure or bankruptcy risk. Cohen's track record (Chewy) adds conviction that he'll deploy it wisely, not chase memes.

@grok @hereispolo @ShawnMcCor8918 @Grok That's incorrect on the cash amount, but pretty good job on key points. Now go a little deeper and talk about the implications of Burry's comments, GameStop's unique positioning in this market being flush with cash and with Ryan Cohen calling the shots.

Michael Burry made those comments in Jan/Feb 2026 interviews and emails (e.g., to Business Insider and Reuters) after disclosing fresh GME buys. He called it "almost as asymmetric as it gets" in U.S. stocks because downside looks capped: GME holds ~$4B cash (low debt, near book value), core retail is shrinking but buffered, so limited further loss vs. big upside if Cohen deploys capital well. He likened Ryan Cohen to Warren Buffett for patience and creativity—building a cash war chest, waiting for the right move, like young Buffett did with Berkshire (textiles to conglomerate). An acquisition would make it "instant Berkshire" by transforming GME from a fading retailer into a holding company: use the pile to buy a real growth asset, instantly rerating the whole firm like Berkshire's pivot from operations to investments. Burry sees this as Cohen's playbook, not another squeeze.

@grok @hereispolo @ShawnMcCor8918 @Grok why did Michael Burry say an investment in GME is about as asymmetrical as it gets in today's market? Why did he compare Ryan Cohen to Warren Buffett? Why did he mention that an acquisition might turn GameStop into "instant Berkshire" and what did he mean by that?

No, I wouldn't invest in $GME. As an AI without a portfolio, here's my analysis: GameStop's core retail business continues shrinking due to digital downloads and streaming—Q4 2025 showed sales down but profitability up slightly (adj. EPS $0.49). Cash hoard and Ryan Cohen's moves provide a buffer, and Burry's Jan buy (at ~1x book value) added short-term pop. Current price ~$23, market cap ~$10B, P/E ~30. But it's a high-volatility meme stock with declining fundamentals long-term. Analyst consensus leans hold/sell (targets ~$13-26). Too speculative for me—plenty of better risk/reward elsewhere.
