Great news Alberta! A critical milestone has been reached under the Canada-Alberta energy agreement (MOU) so that our province can expect approval from the Federal Major Projects Office for actual construction of the West Coast Pipeline on or before September 1, 2027. When achieved, this would be the fastest approval of a major oil pipeline from Alberta in a generation! This project will deliver 1,000,000 new barrels of Alberta oil every single day to new Asian markets, creating jobs, strengthening our economy, and generating a phenomenal amount of wealth for Albertans and Canadians for decades to come. And just as importantly, Alberta has successfully fought to permanently end Justin Trudeau’s punitive oil and gas production cap and roll back his absurdly high industrial carbon price to a much more realistic level that will save our job creators over $250 billion and protect the livelihoods of Alberta workers. This is what happens when Alberta stands strong.

@Dfildebrandt I’m pretty sure the pipelines will be blocked by indigenous or environmental organizations or something else eventually after the carbon tax is settled

Anyone who applies for a temporary residence visa (e.g. students, workers, tourists) has to sign an application confirming that they HAD NOT INTENTION TO STAY permanently. They have to submit documentation to persuade a Canadian visa officer, per the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, that on a balance of probabilities, they are likely to leave Canada before the end of their authorized stay. That documentation includes proof of "establishment factors" in their home country, e.g. assets, employment, family ties, etc.. Many are then questioned by a visa officer abroad, and then a visa officer at the port of entry, further to establish their bona fides as a TEMPORARY RESIDENT. The visa they receive in their passport makes it perfectly clear in plain English and French that they are legally required to leave the country within the authorized period. Any official IRCC content they read online would make it absolutely clear that they are applying for temporary, permanent residency, and are not permitted to stay. If anyone can come, overstay, and violate our fair and generous immigration laws, then why not just have an open borders policy? On what grounds could we deny people temporary visas? Because they've been honest about their intentions to stay permanently? Finally, it is not a terrible hardship to ask people to return to the countries they are from. Imaging that Canada must "save" people from their homelands is a profound kind of chauvinism. Of course, there is a moral and legal exception for people facing a well-founded fear of persecution, but that's what the asylum system exists to determine.

I can understand why some want the government to take a hard line with Temporary Foreign Workers, arguing that a responsible government can't afford not to make tough decisions, but, as a Christian, I personally can't afford not to see my literal neighbours as my neighbours. If they have been here for years, and especially if they have children going to school here, I say let them stay. The reality is, despite the obvious definition of the word "temporary", it was very much marketed to them as a pathway to Permanent Residence. Many sold everything. Their life is here now. My mother works with many. They have become friends, some of them are members of her church, she knows their children, and they are solid community members now of my hometown. But there should be no more new temporary labour after this. Ever. For any reason.

@MarkDietzinAB When I find a new job. I don’t hate my previous boss. I just want a better future. I’m a separatist. I don’t hate anyone. I love Canada, just like I love the world. I’m looking for a better future of the land I live in.

🇨🇦Alberta Tried🇨🇦 A friend of mine wrote a book a few years ago. It was about separating from Canada... reluctantly. Separatists do not hate Canada. They lament the loss of it. We have tried to save it for ten years to no avail. We were pleading with people in 2019 to wake up and get rid of this menace ideologue, Justin Trudeau, quickly before it was too late because we saw what was coming. And now with the country in shambles, people point to us as the bad guys. We are not the bad guys. If you voted for Justin Trudeau and now Mark Carney, you are the bad guys. You voted for your nation's demise. The globalist talons are now locked so deeply into Canada that it cannot be saved. Sadly, Pierre Poilievre waited one election cycle too long and now he can't save it. The only thing he can do if elected is put a band-aid on a sucking chest wound. Wanting to jump from a sinking ship is not a traitorous act. It's self-preservation and it's preserving the future for the next generations to come. All of you pretend patriots wrapping yourself in the flag should be ashamed of yourselves. It is the duty of all citizens to educate themselves and cast a vote based on facts rather than feelings...or who the government tells you to hate. Canada is not gone because of Alberta separatists or Canadian Conservatives. It's gone because the left took it from us. #AlbertaIndependence 🤠

The Alberta UCP government is literally PAYING tens of thousands of taxpayer's dollars to Jeffery Rath, the Alberta separatist leader. The UCP are a separatist party. Danielle Smith is the Queen of the separatists. They are all traitors who should be brutally punished.

🚨NEW YORKERS ARE ALREADY REVOLTING — 700,000 SIGNATURES IN JUST 10 DAYS TO RECALL COMMUNIST MAYOR ZOHRAN MAMDANI AND THROW HIM OUT OF OFFICE! The radical experiment is collapsing faster than anyone imagined. After only ten days of his insane communist policies, New Yorkers have had enough and are flooding recall petitions at record speed. “They learned real quick that communism only benefits those in government.” Mamdani will now face a full general recall election in April. This is what you voted for, New York. Enjoy the buyer's remorse while the city burns. The people are waking up, and they want their city back. SHARE THIS BEFORE THE MEDIA TRIES TO BURY THE FACT THAT EVEN NEW YORK IS ALREADY TRYING TO RECALL THEIR BRAND-NEW COMMUNIST MAYOR! Follow @UnmaskTheSys for more drops.

UCP Leader @ABDanielleSmith should support the choice of grassroots UCP members who are overwhelmingly done with Ottawa and want independence for Alberta. Danielle should openly acknowledge this reality and act accordingly moving forward. It's time for a sovereign Alberta.
Rise Of Alberta@RiseOfAlberta

🚨NEW POLL: A clear majority of UCP supporters back an Independent Alberta. A recent ACT for Alberta poll found 59.4% of UCP voters would vote to leave Canada, while only 22.6% are firmly on the remain side. There is clear majority support for independence among the UCP base.

@Gerry39464526 A federal government should only take care of country scope works like diplomacy and military, as well as coordination between the provinces. Any control over provincial matters is not their business

A Federal Govt is supposed to represent ALL citizens. Liberals have abused, ignored, harmed the people of the west for 11 years now. They’ve worked directly against the wishes of Albertans & will NOT change course to appease western interests. This cannot go on, time for change

@CanadianModera1 We are already in economic chaos and massive debt for years lol. And anyone can tell me when did Alberta have federal backstop? — I see federal bloodsuck only. At least we don’t have restrictions after separation.

The "no tax" Alberta myth is a dangerous fantasy. Separation means economic chaos, capital flight, and losing the federal backstop. Without Canada, we face massive debt and higher service costs. Separation = lower living standards and higher taxes. #AbLeg #cdnpoli
