Tbh, the effect of rushing that ending so fast after such a big moment in the story is that it sabotages the climax. It's like when you dont want to cum yet but something happens forcing you to finish a bit earlier than you wanted. That's how chapter 101 feels. #Jinxmahwa

@violaegiglio You're right - this manhwa has always had pacing issues, it's just more poignant now because the pacing problem showed up at a climactic point in the story. It was a great set up, good jump but they scrambled at that landing.

since we're talking about it, im going to get real i didn't like the j#nx chapter last night and it feels rushed imo. either way, we don't know what happens behind the scenes if that's how she writes or her producers dictates the pace but this is just my honest take

I don’t know if Mingwa just needed to be done with the story or what happened, but making them abruptly get together only to give us just 1 chapter of them as a couple and wrap it up is just not it, I feel like it’s not a fair ending for the story, I’m sorry #Jinxmanhwa

100+ eps of build up in Jinx for it to come to this🥲? Ive had issues with Jinx's pacing, but I'm still bummed. I wanted to feel something, but it's SO abrupt towards the end. I barely felt anything towards them getting together.. Jaekyung didn't even say "I love you" back

@Quan2three You'd be surprised, many people started watching him years ago for his high end raiding resources (he used to make guides) and watched less when he pivoted away frm it. Also the ppl still actively watching him aren't the same ones calling out his bs, you're mixing up audiences

So after 24 hrs of reading some of the comments and feedback and seeing how "shitty" of a person Xenos is. I got some feedback for alot of yall too. I came in with a concern and I did get educated a bit and I change my stance that yeah what SQEX did was within scope and reason. I also shouldn't have to worry as much as a creator b/c it seems this was an extreme case. So yeah im not too worried about the implications of free speech and policing as long as I'm just a chill non toxic fish. Before making yesterday's post though, I rarely ever watched the guy b/c in general I don't like watching any creators who farm drama for content (personal preference). Alot of people were going off on me like how I could defend his content and i'm like whoa hold up I only see what I see on X/twitter not his video content. I'ma be real as possible. In the last 24 hrs I've been shown ALOT of pretty wild takes he has and yeah he deserves the heck out of the suspension. TOS does state that video services are within scope of the "policing" so be it. But here's the thing you all are VERY educated on Xenos and literally every infraction/bad thing he has said. You can link the exact google doc, news article, screenshots on demand of everything the guy has done.. You can even quote the guy from 6 years ago VERBATIM, but let me ask. Why are you consuming his content? Why are you clicking his video? Why are you getting ragebaited? Why can you quote a guy you hate? If you don't like him, just don't listen to any of his ramblings. It's as easy as hanging up the phone, turning off the screen, putting on ear plugs, turning the other way, going outside to touch grass, petting your cat/dog. Bonus points if you block the most actively vocal XIV posters on X/twitter who just argue back and forth to farm engagement and spotlight Xeno type creators. (unless you like drama..?) Anyways, this is my personal platform to chat and my parting Namazu wisdom is "block him if you don't care what he does, block me if this post annoyed you, and block anyone who says dumb shit about Soken cuz that man is sacred."

I saw today's twitter drama and it looks like Xenos got banned. Personally I don't agree with all their views but I was more concerned with how something outside of XIV's range of scope which is their game and forums could cause someone to get banned in game. I did some scrolling and I think the best view I could go with is what Tina said here. He is/was a media tour streamer and he represented the company in some aspect. So he is good and bad for the business dramatically. Ultimately, XIV could throw 100 reasons to ban his account in game, but using X or Twitch as a reason kinda rubs me the wrong way. It's like talking shit about tesla and Elon in Limsa Lominsa, and someone reports it to get your X account banned. The amount of fake policing people do is gonna skyrocket from this and i'm personally not a fan. I vent and discuss many topics on stream and if I have to worry about what I say live on stream to make sure my in game FFXIV account doesn't get banned that's horrid. In the end, XIV reserves the right to literally just shut off any account they want because its a paid service and you can refuse service to anyone, but policing outside other social media not a huge fan of. This is really concerning for what's to come for creators and players because there was a 2nd incident from a JPN player who was forced to delete their Twitter post also recently.
