This is for only Rafayel mains (I saw some people being worried in tl) Them deleting/Cancelling a li that wasn't even RELEASED yet won't affect ANY EXISTING LI at all. The "foil" part has ZERO established context in Rafayel's main story/lore. Rest easy. Nothing of value was lost.
