@canadapostcorp twice now I send mail and this is what my family is receiving. Both envelopes had small items that weighted less than 20 grams and had proper postage on it. Your website is not working! I would like to submit an official complain.

@rahmanbr @Motawif_SA Call your credit card company, they are blocking the payment because it’s an international vendor. Once the block is removed from their end Inshala the payment will go smoothly after. Make sure to tell them you will be making multiple payments. Ask to speak with fraud department

@ishaqazim @Motawif_SA Call your bank and speak with fraud department ask them to remove the block on the credit card. Same issue happened to me and had to call the fraud department twice and then was able to pay

@ArmanReza @alinaghmoush @abdouraman @Motawif_SA Yes it came immediately after booking. As soon as I entered flight info I got MoFA IDs then went to MoFA website and completed the questionnaires and was able to print the e-visa

@ArmanReza @alinaghmoush @abdouraman @Motawif_SA Yes I second that I booked a package from Canada and there are no flights. After you confirm your booking you need it enter your flight (the one you book) info so you can be issued a visa. We paid separately for the flight

@MohammadJIqbal4 @Motawif_SA Where are you booking from? Some countries you have to book your own flight and some packages are hajj only with no Medina visit

@saa2saa @Motawif_SA You find the mofa ID there and click on that orange box

@saa2saa @Motawif_SA If your booking is complete you will see an orange box you can click on that and complete the form to get your e-visa. You will have a mofa ID that will show up as well once your payement goes through

@aliminty @Motawif_SA Is it because your pay is rejected? If so speak to your card’s fraud department to remove the block and Inshala it will work

@fiamzm @FamzyMaster @ajunonymous @MoHU_En @Motawif_SA I called them and it took a while for the agent to understand my question then she asked a supervisor and the answer was it’s a regular flight but you can board with any type of visa, hajj visa or tourism visa
