2 years ago, I moved my entire life to Cyprus to escape Germany's 50% tax rate.
It was the most expensive "money-saving" decision I've ever made.
Here's 21 brutal realities of tax haven living (that nobody warns you about):
The same people cheering the murder of the head of UnitedHealth because you have to challenge the medical establishment were the same people wanting you dead for criticizing Pfizer because you can't challenge the medical establishment.
95% of our daily thoughts are the same as the day before.
80% are negative. 15% are positive.
Only 5% are novel.
Everybody wants to escape the matrix, but you created one yourself already.
If you get anxious from drinking coffee, you established a baseline stress plateau on a subconscious level.
You’re getting all the side effects without any of the upside.
The caffein mimics the same response as an anxiety attack and your body can’t tell the difference.
Meditation is peak time for idea generation.
Problems get solved instantly.
Creative ideas at the snap of a finger.
The mind is relaxed and finally allowed to reach those higher realms to tap into powerful sources of creativity.
The mental clarity you get from outsourcing your worries is bliss.
I put them down on paper.
I create To-Do’s.
I spread them in my calendar.
No more disruptive noise because I know all is taken care of.
Life hack.
Embrace your dark side and explore it deeply.
Get to the point where you’re even scared of yourself.
Only when you know what you’re capable of and decide to act righteous anyway..
Then it’s a real choice.
The type and quality of food you consume dictates your mood.
Every nutrient literally alters your body, which is where emotions get expressed.
Over time your diet will cause you either chronic illness or chronic wellness.
You accept EVERY toxic thought that comes up in your conscious mind because you think it’s your own.
In reality, thinking is happening to you.
It’s your broken subconscious program running.
Why else would you be able to observe and reject them if you finally chose to?
4) Giving genuine compliments
Don't go too generic…
Bad example:
“You’re a great teacher”
Instead:
-> highlight a specific trait
"I love the way you attend each student individually"
-> include their name
-> be authentic, people can feel it
-> don't ask for favours
3) How to communicate to people with more authority than you
-> be prepared (know your subject)
-> end sentence on low pitch
-> pause while you speak (conveys confidence)
-> remove filler sounds and words (uhm, aah)
-> practise good listening (show presence)
@fabrizio_f9 It's pretty freeing (although intimidating) when you first realize you have far more influence to engineer your mental reality than you initially believed.
Athletes and biohackers swear by red light therapy.
Now, scientists discovered the next breakthrough:
Organic red light.
+100% effectiveness
+100% vitamin D production
-100% cost of manufacturing
Tech is advancing fast and it’s hard to keep up…
But I’m all here for it!
