@British_Airways BA Gold here, several weeks ago I received an email advising I had changed email address, I hadn’t. Called immediately and was advised to complete an online form changing to a new email address and someone would contact me … zero response! Account still locked!

@GLA_Airport the irony is I could have booked parking opposite the terminal £52 for 2 hours ! Still absolutely scandalous… @EDI_Airport 2 weeks ago I paid £16 for 2 hours !! Much more reasonable in my option!

@GLA_Airport used your long stay car park for the recommended 1 hour free parking. Went in at 0620 waited 20 mins for the bus. Now been waiting 15 mins outside terminal to get the bus back ..it’s £50 if you exceed the 1 hour. Seems like a massive con!

@GLA_Airport I don’t blame the driver he will have scheduled breaks he seemed to be the only one driving to and from the airport this morning…. we had him there and back. My point is people should be aware it’s virtually impossible to get there and back within the hour so expect to pay £50

@Argos_Online I have already done this and been provided with the fraud number for me to check if my bank details have been hacked … not really addressing the root cause of the issue. Also very worrying you require a DM to answer such a basic question. Everyone’s data should be safe !

@Argos_Online as you have now confirmed no such offer of one month free of Apple TV @AppleSupport exists is very concerning it shows your site is vulnerable. Scammers had the ability this simultaneously at order confirmation indicates they may have access to my bank details

I have asked the same question how secure is my data especially card details when using @Argos_Online. They provided the fraud number so I can call them… not really addressing the root cause!

@Argos_Online @ICOnews This needs to be raised internally with your data officer. It’s not just me, it’s widespread & Sainsbury’s/Argos isn’t doing enough to protect customer data. There’s nothing secure about DMs on here - you have no power to protect info if X is hacked so I won’t be sending info.

@Argos_Online @AppleSupport I have done this already. If it’s a scam there is an issue with the Argos website because it came up immediately at confirmation of the order so the public should be made aware immediately.
