The reality is that there are barriers to signing the best LW targets around such as Yildiz (not happening) and Diomande (highly unlikely) that make them less likely day by day. If we wait around too much, we could end up with scraps. There has been rumour of Manchester United’s interest in Mika Godts for a little while and they have a chance to get ahead of the curve and go all in for him. He is likely to have a lot of interest this Summer with Arsenal, Barcelona and Chelsea also admirers. But nobody has gone in hard for the player yet. Should Manchester United try to pounce early on Godts? Or continue trying for Yan Diomande?
